great staff... friendly van driver.. places to eat within walking distance... but no 7/11 close by

Proximity to airport, good breakfast and excellent transportation service. Great staff from Manager Rhonda to drivers and cleaning staff, they make you feel they appreciated your patronage. Good restaurants nearby, suggest Saltgrass Grill, Boomer Sports Bar & Olive Garden. All within walking distance. Driver will take you to n from airport, Grapevine Mills and Historic Town for free. Tips for driver to/from airport appreciated but not compulsory. Rooms are spacious. Highly recommended.

I confirmed with the hotel to provide pick-up service before 10:00 p.m., but I called at 9:40 and said that they would not pick up after 9:30. After staying in the hotel, the sheets have disgusting marks! Negotiating with the hotel to change rooms was unsuccessful, applying for a check-out fee was unsuccessful, and asking the merchant to apologize was unsuccessful!

Location is close to 1 amenity . Though not the best but it’s considered good. Take note that the airport shutter service has break time in the afternoon. It only start after 5pm , so I have to grab to the hotel as I landed at 4pm

Overall good, sound insulation is not very good

The bathroom is poor, and the shower head is not good.

The breakfast is not very good, there are Italian restaurants and American restaurants next to it

Everything was great. Had a jet tub in the room, soft bed. Really clean ,dove shampoo and conditioner. Easy check in and parking with good resources around in walking distance..

The pool is closed for the season. Understandable, but would have been nice ! All n all a good visit so far. Breakfast is at 0630

Front desk staff were very helpful, especially Janine, who provided us with top notch restaurant recommendations.

Place was really clean check in and out was easy. There was a issue with an overcharge but we were able to get it figured out by check out time.

No Jett tub as in the picture or as said on the website. Heater was noisy and fan and ac didn’t work in our room. Very dissappointed.

Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very good. Lots of options at breakfast. Overall great hotel.

Perfect hotel before catching our flight home the next day. We traveled into downtown Grapevine. What a cute town! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Only recommendation is to upgrade the bathroom shower heads.
