Pretty bad experience last night at this hotel. Needed to work but the chair at the desk in my room was a glorified lawn chair (see photo). Then at 1:30 am the smoke alarm battery alert started going off. I called to front desk and they told me to switch rooms. Instead, I walked down to front desk to get replacement battery and changed it myself. Room was clean and location was nice.
