Well, where to begin. We arrived to our king bd room that smelled like yrs of smoking and the door was broken so it would close fully, to keep sound out. There was a draft and excessive nose from the busy street we were next too. We called the frint seat to see if we could switch to another room, when she let us know that there was already a maintenance ticket in for the door issue. She said she would see what she could do and that almost all rooms were booked. She called back 20 min later saying her manager who was not on site and out of town said for us to just go elsewhere (WHAT?) instead of moving us to another room. So, we farhered out things to leav and tried to walk out the door and the dam door wouldn’t open, as we tied and tried to open it nothing. we called the front desk again and asked if she would come and let us out. she could nr get the door open and went and called her manger again, she came back with a tiny screw driver and pulled the screen off, a 8in x20in slider window to get it to us. She was finally able to open the door from her end came in and shut the dam door so now all three of us were locked in the room, I tried several times reaching my a out the window to open from outside but could not, THANK GOD I’m a tiny human, cause I had to climb out the window to get to the door and get it open to let my husband and the worker out of the room. EVEN AFTER ALL THAT THEY WOULD NOT UPGRADE OR CHANGE OUR ROOM! when I went to get a refund to leave there were not one but two charges on my account. WHICH SHE then proceeded to tell me we’re not there as I showed them to her. She talked to the manager several times in the phone and said she was out of town and that she was gonna get yelled at or even fired if she gave us another room and didn’t charge us more….ARE YOU KIDDING ME WHAT A JOKE THIS PLACE IS!!
