Brilliant picturesque views of mountains . The pool is clean cute and refreshing. The rooms are of the era , and the ac is brilliant at keeping you cool after a hot day. The sister hotel is a 4 minute drive and had the best food that I tasted mg whole trip. If you like friendly and very helpful hotel staff. This is the place for you to relax. Yummy breakfast with fresh melon and freshly baked croissants. Monica the head of staff is the sweetest, most bubbly,helpful , kind and hardworking person. She cleans the rooms to perfection, is always on hand to provide the best coffee and organises everything. She has been so lovely and welcoming that you feel she is your best friend. The other staff were very helpful when we came at 4 in the morning due to our flight changing airports. Highly recommend if you like a genuine, unique hotel experience. Welcoming staff, traditional homemade breakfast ….. with pastries! …. Pool small but picturesque. Rooms clean, harking back to Monache’s former life as a convent. Monica is very welcoming and the cat Caramello completes the experience.

Booked a week away from it all on the assumption that we would have all we wanted here. a pool, good food, good wine and maybe good service and company. We knew it was not close to anywhere else but as long as we had the above it would be no problem. We caught a taxi from the airport to the hotel then when we were at reception we were told no food except breakfast, no bar, no pool, and after 3.00pm no staff as the hotel locks its doors as it did on the day we arrived. I was locked outside while my wife was locked inside in bed. I had to search for an open fire exit to gain entry! at this time there were only my wife and myself onsite. Later a German couple came to the hotel and were met by an irate receptionist who told them they were late checking in. They had phoned the sister hotel that they would be late that is why a receptionist was sent to see to them! I must say IF the hotel had all of the services promised it looks as though it would be a good hotel but I would not risk booking as the hotel is still advertising on several sites (this one included) that all is well.

We stayed here for 7 nights in June, the hotel is in a quiet location, and decent sized rooms with really good Aircon units. Large beds and a nice continental breakfast. The staff were great a big thanks to Monika, Donna, Tony and Alysia all there to help and assist with any issues. Great little pool for us this was the best part of this hotel we had the pool area to ourselves most days. A few recommendations ... That shower ! you literally had to step out to clean yourself as it's way way to small for anyone to have a good wash in. A better selection at breakfast we got fed up of the same thing 7 days as it was very limited. All in all we had a good time I would recommend

Appena rientrati da un weekend meraviglioso presso questa struttura..che dire non potevamo chiedere di meglio...la cortesia e la disponibilità del personale la fanno da padrone...a partire da Bea che ci ha accolto alla reception con un grande sorriso, anche la ragazza che si occupa delle colazioni molto gentile e professionale. Eravamo già stati presso una loro struttura e anche questa volta siamo stati pienamente soddisfatti. La bellezza del luogo, le stanze ampie e confortevoli e la piscina che è una piccola chicca. Per non parlare poi della colazione...con prodotti tipici e varietà, dalla frutta al salato ai dolci...insomma un grazie immenso a tutti voi ... ritorneremo sicuramente.. .

Sui vari siti sono state pubblicate varie foto che sicuramente risalgono a quando hanno inaugurato la struttura, inoltre viene definito come agriturismo solo perché è immerso nella campagna, ma di agriturismo non ha nulla. Lungo la strada principale non c'è nessuna indicazione, solo un cartello poco visibile davanti all'ingresso che è dopo una curva. Ho pagato una camera matrimoniale compresa colazione 90 €, prezzo estremamente eccessivo per i sevizi offerti. Scarsa illuminazione nelle camere, pulizia appena sufficiente, cuscini sottilissimi, materasso troppo rigido. Ci siamo ritrovati le formiche in camera. L'intera struttura sembra abbandonata e priva di manutenzione. Adiacente alle camere c'è una grande terrazza al primo piano, poco curata. La vasca della piscina è piccolissima e sporca, i campi di calcetto devastati, anche il giardino e la campagna circostante sono abbondanti. Colazione appena sufficiente con nessuno prodotto di agriturismo solo prodotti industriali di media qualità. Per i motivi che vi ho elencato non mi sento di consigliarlo.
