Big misleading trap. Pool and terrace are closed and under construction. From beginning of month may already this year 2022. This is only mentioned by travel organisation: Eliza was here only a day before actual arriving. No terrace outside your room available and they want you to drive with a car to another hotel where are no sunbeds and terrace spots available due to packed with own hotel guest. Bad travel organization and also owner selling wrong information. Don’t book.

We only stayed one night at this property, but we immediately fell in love with it. Well furnished rooms in country style, amazing swimming pool, with a deafening silence. A special thanks to Valentina, who welcomed us with extreme radiance and kindness. See you soon Stephen

Met volle verwachting richting Il Poggio 'Luxury' country resort gereden. Landelijk en rustig gelegen met een fijn zwembad. Aangenaam terras om te vertroeven. Ontvangst door gastvrouw,Tatiana was heel hartelijk met goede informatie rondom omgeving met tips ! Waren ontgoocheld bij het zien van kleine flatje met verouderde 'keukentje' en zogezegd een tafel nl eetbladje ingeklapt in de verouderde keuken... De badkamer is ruim maar niet echt proper (of schoon) te noemen. De gastvrouw, Tatiana, verantwoordelijk voor het onthaal en avonddrink aan het zwembad heeft bij een opmerking over de douchedeur onmiddellijk actie ondernomen. Dag nadien was dit opgelost. Echter de poetsdienst laat te wensen over. Het is bijzonder fijn om elke dag schone handdoeken te krijgen, vuilbakjes werden ook iedere dag leeg gehaald,maar de vloer werd echter niet schoongemaakt. In de ijskast/mini bar was ook wat zwarte schimmel binnen aan de randen. Bijkomende tip voor Valentina : zorg eerst bij jezelf voor een goede hygiene dan zal de rest ook wel volgen. Misschien iets minder bellen met je mobiele telefoon... ? Een bijzondere avond mogen beleven theater openlucht aan het water : bedankt aan gastvrouw Tatiana en gastheer Nino.
