Overall, it was a good experience. The reception staff was a bit rude. Room service was not satisfactory. It was overpriced. The AC was not working, and there was no ventilation.

Great hotel and great location. Booked a large Suite but was only given a superior room. Only noticed when was rebooting another date!!

Good night sleep just needs more tv chanels 😀
Stay was lovely very comfy beds , tv didn’t have many channels most didn’t work , shame we had too pay £10 for the pool it should be in with the price and breakfast was not disappointed no proper eggs only scrambled , no mushroom also

Poor cooked breakfast.
Beeakfast. Suggest you temperature check food items. I was down at 6.30 for opening and beans were cold. Sausage uneatable.

Front staff are great.
The front of house staff were very friendly and helpful. The lobby looks fantastic, but other areas look a little run down. (Especially the pool area)

One of the best hotel to stay in Cardiff city center, ideal location, friendly staff, clean and relaxed environment with a spa an additional attraction. Would love to return and highly recommended.

We didn't get a lot of time in Cardiff, but the hotel was spacious and comfortable! The parking was a little tight, but the room was fabulous.
