アットホー厶な雰囲気で実家ヘ戻ったような感じでした。お部屋も洗面所も清潔で､特にお部屋は可愛くて素敵でした。決して広くはありませんが快適で心地良い時間を過ごせました。ダイニングも素敵でした。一泊だけでしたので､もっと長く過ごしたいと思いました。

Last minute decision to book a 3 night stay. Lovely friendly welcome from the owner Geraldine who booked us in, explained everything & took us to our room. Beautiful, spotlessly clean throughout. Very comfortable beds, had the best sleep in ages. Powerful shower. Breakfast was very tasty, lovely bacon & a good brew in a big teapot ☕️ All cooked to order, you order the day before. You can even eat it in your room, no extra charge. Extra toast if needed. Shame we didn’t get to say goodbye to Becky who served us breakfast the 1st & 2nd mornings as it was her day off. Lovely friendly lady who looked after us so well. Will definitely be returning to Somerset House in the future, it’s a gem!

Absolutely wonderful. Lovey room, very comfortable beds, 2 comfortable chairs to relax in, great breakfast and excellent hosts. This is B&B perfection. Grange is a great base for seeing the Lake district. It only took us 1hr to drive over to the west coast to see Muncaster Castle. We would wholeheartedly recommend this B&B to anyone who wants a great place to stay and say to book direct with them.

We have stayed with Geraldine before and were happy to return. Somerset House is a traditional seaside B&B, it is clean & comfortable. The owners take great pride in providing reasonably priced accommodation and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We were cycle touring, there is space to store bikes. Geraldine and Gill, as cyclists themselves, understand the need for a comfortable bed & hot shower after a day on the bike. We would recommend this place

The loveliest B&B with thee loveliest staff who made my family feel so welcome and couldn’t do enough for us (Geraldine and the lady at breakfast) Immaculate, nice breakfast and nice view from the bedroom. Would definitely return and recommend

Lovely room in a nice spot close to town. Geraldine the owner was so welcoming we felt really at home! Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast excellent. Somerset House is near enough to walk to seaside and promenade and close to station for days out. Would recommend for a pleasant short break :-)

Geraldine was amazing and managed to squeeze us in despite being 95% full that evening. We had a double room with a pop up bed due to it being so last minute however we found the room really comfortable and the showers are amazing, really powerful. Overall cleanliness is superb and the breakfast was fantastic, amazing value. Friendly people and a good nights sleep

Probably the best guest house my wife and I have stayed in. It is spotlessly clean, and for breakfast your given an excellent variety from cooked to continental breakfasts. Geraldine your host is is very helpful and always happy to accommodate your every need’s. Will definitely return one day.
