The room is poorly soundproofed and the surrounding facilities are lacking. It is a very contradictory complex. It is very quiet outside, but the hotel is very noisy. The only good thing is the glass of the breakfast. You can enjoy breakfast quietly in the corner and see squirrels and birds. Then the swimming pool is very good and you can also see the outside.

I liked the concept, but the room was not laid out as shown and the sheets on the fold out sofa were full of crumbs from previous guests. We were asked if we wanted housekeeping and we said no, but housekeeping came into our room anyways. Not a major issue, but not as we wanted. The staff were very nice and breakfast was perfect. Most likely will not return.

Do not recommend the Hyatt in Columbus When arriving we were told that we would have a queen size bed as opposed to the king that we had booked 2 months ago. After a discussion we were able to have a king bed. The heating and cooling did not work well. The bed was lumpy and incredibly uncomfortable. There was no hand held spray for the shower, requiring a women to have to get hair wet if one wanted to take a shower. There was only one sink.
