Appreciated the complimentary cab ride to airport. Ladies at check in and out were accommodating an polite Bed was comfortable however service to the room was only every three days so my room wasn’t attended too as I was there from Thursday to Sunday.

What a surprise and a delight. We were hesitant to book into this hotel because the price with breakfast was lower than most local hotels. I found a great rate on-line and the hotel, without hesitation, met the rate. We decided in a king suite and we’re very pleased with the size and amenities. Breakfast was a total shock. A $15 restaurant hot breakfast with a variety of choices plus great coffee were included in the room price. Perhaps this extra perk won’t continue but we were impressed. Staff were great. Highly recommend!!!

The pool was wonderful and the space between each step into the pool was perfect as my right leg has lost a lot of strength and when the stairs are spaced too far apart apart I cannot get in or out of the pool so this pool was amazing for me. The breakfast room with all the windows with natural light was a nice touch.The bed was very comfortable as well as the pillows. The front desk employees are also very friendly and approachable. This hotel in Grande Prairie is now my go to hotel from now on.

I'm completely unimpressed with the fact that they took my deposit and have not told me why and will not tell me why. So clearly it wasn't because they thought I was smoking in the room or they would say that and they would want more money because that's supposed to be a $500 fine. But the room that I was in they never had a problem with or a complaint with when they did go in and clean it so I don't understand why they had a problem with it on the day that I left and won't tell me what it was I want my deposit back.

First our reservation was mixed up; by phone I was told a jr king suite, which would’ve fit our family, unfortunately when we arrived it was a deluxe executive, which did not fit our whole family... partially my fault as I did not check the confirmation email...the solution; upgrade to an executive king suite with an adjoining double queen suite...very nice rooms, comfortable beds... for an extra $200. They gave us a 10% discount for the inconvenience. (I do appreciate the staff trying to work with us, they were mostly friendly and trying to accommodate the situation) To top this off, the throw pillow on the couch looked like someone threw up close to it and splattered it, there was toothbrush splatter on the mirror and counter behind the taps. Lastly, the pool area was nice, water temperature was very good, however the shower at the pool area was gross. Hair everywhere, shampoo/conditioner down the walls and caked and dried on, so it had definitely been there a while. We determined they have let maintenance and housekeeping sit at a minimum to pocket more profit... we will source out another hotel next time we visit GP.
