The sheets were dirty and they were closed by 8pm so we couldn’t even get our room switched to a clean one

Very clean and welcoming. Even through the renovation happening. Updated rooms are lovely. I would stay there again.

For a older motel I would stay there again the prices are very reasonably. The renovation being done are very nice.

I arrived after midnight on the 19th July.
No one was obviously on site, so I phoned the number on the door, no answer, let a message to say if I didn't hear from them in 30 minutes, I will be staying at another hotel the Hampton Inn & Suites.
I was disappointed with the lack of service, as I got phone call from the Westport Inn asking me about my reservation, I said I was still British Columbia and will probably be late to book in. I was told to phone the number on the door. You know the rest from what I said above. I figured you canceled my reservation when I arrive after 9pm.
I assume have not charged my Visa account.

They closed very early at night. We had trouble with check in.

The fridge in our room did not work. Then we went to turn on the tv and it did not work either.
We could not connect to the internet. When I decided to read my book, I noticed there were no lightbulbs in the lamp.
It was not a good experience.

Hotel wasn’t heated properly as was a boiler and the door and windows seals were letting in cold air…..
