Room and bathroom was nice. Breakfast was good. Staff at front desk were veryhelpful. Nice parking garage. Just wish parking was included. It was $18 per day.

The staff was very pleasant, room was clean and spacious, and their breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts’ I’ve had! Plenty of great restaurants are within walking distance. Easy and convenient parking! Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Had a great stay. The amenities were nice especially having netflix on tv to relax at night and watch our favorite show. Complimentary breakfast was pretty good too. One complain we had was that we had no soap and had to use shower gel just to wash our face/hands the first day.
Overall a very nice hotel and would recommend for the ones that want to have a weekend getaway and explore things to do in Grand Rapids as this place was very close to downtown.

The bathroom did not seem super clean - shower had visible soap scum, there was a toothpaste spot and hair in the sink. There was also someone’s yogurt left in the fridge. It seemed like one of the blankets on the bed did not have a cover on it (just an uncovered quilted duvet).
The breakfast was okay but all paper plates and cups and clearly microwaved food.
The staff were friendly!

The property was clean enough but having only one elevator working for the entire hotel was a joke. Won’t be staying there for that reason alone
