good and clean

Check-in was okay, but not friendly. When we got to our room, we noticed right away the bathroom door was broken and wouldn't close, the toilet was clogged, the AC unit was horribly loud and there were bits of food on the ground and hairs in the shower. I called down to the desk and she apologized and told us to come right down to get keys for a different room. She did seem genuinely appologetic and even comped us a couple of snacks. The 2nd room was definitely better, but the cleaning was fair, at best...hairs in shower and on sink top counter, coffee splatters, and used sponge left for cleaning. This place has potential to be really good, but it's definitely not somewhere I would recommend or return to.

For being a fairly new property, our room was in quite a state of disrepair. Soap dispensers were ripped from the wall, barely hanging on, shower had no pressure and the water was cold. Couldn't sleep the entire night because the Air unit made a horrible loud rattling noise whenever it turned on. There was construction spray foam on the wall and side of vanity that no one ever bothered to remove. Other fixtures were loose, as if they were never properly installed. Overall it feels like it was a rush job to complete the room and it's a problem that this was ever signed off on as complete or ready for occupancy at any point.

Rooms were really nice, beds were nice and comfy! Pool was sort of small and crowded, but still decent. The staff was okay. The breakfast was really good considering! We would stay again if we're in the area.

Beautiful room with lots of amenities. Unfortunately our toilet didn’t work. The first time they offered us to switch rooms but someone said they could fix it. It worked once and then I tried fixing it six more times through the night. When I told the front desk all I got was an “I’m sorry, I will tell maintenance when they get in.” No attempt to fix the issue. We left earlier than planned

Since this hotel is relatively new, the rooms were in great condition and the lobby looked great. Very comfortable beds!

Great check in and the shuttle from the airport was so fast! A lifesaver. Thank you!

Overall it was a very nice stay however the heating/cooling unit kind of had a mind of its own and worked when it wanted and not all the time and the refrigerator in the suite kept tripping the breaker. The other thing I would say is while the beds were nice they were not them was comfortable. But it was very clean and environmentally friendly. The breakfasts were nice with many choices and the staff was very helpful and attentive. I would definitely stay there again

The refrigerator in room 405 doesn't work. Upon investigating and pulling the refrigerator out myself, I determined that the wall plug for the refrigerator doesn't work. The fan to the bathroom also doesn't work. This is a new hotel! Upon checkout, I informed the clerk of the problems. She then admitted that the hotel was aware of the problems in that room and they were waiting on an electrician to fix it. Since the hotel was aware of the problem, why did they give me that room? There is a sign in the lobby that if a customer is not completely satisfied, that I would receive a free night's stay, which I asked for. The clerk advised that she didn't have the authority to give me a free night but she would have the manager call me that day. That was 3 days ago and I have not heard from the manager.
