Ramada by Wyndham Grand Junction

The location was pleasant, each room has their own balcony or patio. The breakfast was the usual continental fare, but I appreciated the staff’s efforts in making sure any messes were immediately cleaned and guests were assisted. One minor complaint I had was the internet, it seemed spotty at times as the connection was not the greatest during a Zoom call for a business meeting. Otherwise, I slept well.

Great place if you need a quick rest, rooms are spacious and parking is free. Everything is clean and the front desk staff is very nice!

The room was clean and the staff was nice. It was pet friendly but there was no grass for my pet to relieve himself. Would stay here again

The property was clean and the service was good. Couple of things that could be done by maintenance is the bathroom heated lamp was missing a piece on the wall mount making it impossible to turn on. The shower valve also seemed to be not properly working since there was mostly cold water, and if you wanted hot, would have to slightly turn the water on, thus leaving me to shower with very little water without much pressure. Other than that, it was a clean and comfortable place to spend the week. I didn’t call maintenance for any of my issues for I thought they were minor so I don’t have first hand knowledge on that part of the customer service experience. At the end of the day, I would definitely return.

Nice, comfortable, quiet, had a great restful time. Great restaurant choices in close vicinity. First time here and would definitely stay again.

Clean room and big , beds were so comfortable . I stayed with my husband and 2 kids and we had a great night

When house keeping bugs to clean our room they would only put (replace) towels and give soap and shampoo for one person and wouldn't clean the toilet or the put clean bed sheets or vacuum bu would help them selves to the fridge and sit at table and coler in our activity books and dig in our close. And told i cant take food to my room after therteen days has past. Told Hotel Rules. When i asked to see Motel rules i was told they dont have. So i said their made up front desk clerk said no thats just the rule. Stupid i say. activity books shampoo

Very comfortable king size bed. Best shower as it had lots of pressure. Nothing bad to report about this property.
