There are signs indicating it has a pool, spa and hot tub. It has none of it. Has a fireplace pit that has had the fire removed but they filled it up with mulch. Sitting around the mulch pit after following the signs for the non-existent whirlpool, spa, hot tub has been entertaining and very disappointing at the same time. Seriously, get some new signage people. You should be embarrassed.

Blast from the past - and not in a good way. Dated interior. Basic cable for TV. No streaming services on the TV. Internet was 10% of the speed it was supposed to be. Laptop would not connect automatically. Had to call customer service for manual log in - twice during my four day stay. Internet never made it above 3.7 Mbps. Breakfast was so basic it as aweful. Sausage patties swimming in a pool of fat and water. Also, full of construction workers - very noisy, lots of shouting in rooms, walls are thin. Not staying here again - despite being Bonvoy Platinum. Sharing this review with all my travelling colleagues at Intermountain Health.

The hotel is located just off of I-70 and near the airport. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet the room was -- didn't hear doors slamming closed in the hallway or highway noise. The room and breakfast is Residence Inn standard.

I didn't like this hotel and would never stay here again. The room was very old and tired, with a sagging couch, very loud fridge, older TV with just basic channels. They had breakfast but it started too late for me to have it. You had to walk next door to the Courtyard Hotel to get food/drink in the evening. There was a market at our hotel but it had minimal offerings. But, the WORST thing is that their shuttle only runs a few hours a day. This is an airport hotel with a shuttle and I couldn't get it at 6am for my 7:15am flight? I had to walk in the dark to the airport, and I am a single woman and I don't like that. It's just UNACCEPTABLE for an airport hotel with a shuttle to have hours for that shuttle of 8am-6pm. Ridiculous!

Id stay anywhere but here when visiting Grand Junction. Any hotel, even motel.. would be better than this place. The pool isn’t working so you have to go across the parking lot to a different hotel and they have a tiny cold pool. Don’t let the “heated” part fool you. No king beds.. smells like smoke outside as people smoke right by the door… Grand Vista, Holiday inn, double tree.. any of those places would be a far better experience than this one. Not worth the price paid.

I was in town for a couple days as my husband was in a motorcycle accident and was in St. Mary's hospital. I came from Sedona, Arizona. I thought the rooms were amazing, the breakfast was good but wanted to mention the hospitality, especially Jehan. He works at the front desk and is relatively new, but when I told him about my husband he was truly concerned for him and me. He was a genuine caring person. We need more people like him in the world. I didn't have much time to explore the town, but it certainly looked like a great town. And this hotel was only a couple miles from St. Mary's hospital. My husband is doing a little better now that he is home. Thank you to all who cared enough to show your concern.

This is an older hotel and the air conditioner in the room is the worst that I have experienced in a hotel. It would have been an OK place to stay, but for what they charge I would expect to have decent air conditioning. I will stay someplace else the next time that I am in the area.

Our stay here started out rather badly as we arrived at the front desk around 6 pm, and it was deserted. We waited quite a long time, looking around the area, but no sign of any staff. We tried calling the hotel phone number - the phone at the desk rang and rang, no one came or answered, and eventually it just hung up, and did not even go to voicemail. Finally someone turned up (we think they were on their smoke break), and we checked in. Despite paying over $240 per night for the room, we were also slugged $10 per day for parking. I don't mind paying for parking at an inner city hotel, where parking is at a premium and expensive, but it is offensive to have to pay for parking at regional hotels with large open-air parking lots with plenty of space. It has become just a hidden way of increasing the room rate - hotels are nearly as bad as airlines with hidden charges these days. The whole hotel has a rather run-down and worn look about it - chipped paint, and stained and dirty carpets. There is also only one elevator for a fairly large hotel, meaning often a long wait for it. Our room also did not look all that clean, and the disposal in the kitchen sink was seized up and blocked, such that the dirty water from the dishwasher nearly overflowed the sink. To cap it all off, the room carpet must have been infested by fleas or mites, as the next day, my ankles and feet were covered with insect bites. It is bad enough that hotels let people keep pets in the rooms, but the least they could do is to ensure the rooms are not infested by vermin. Time was when one could rely on Marriott hotels to have a consistently high standard of cleanliness, courtesy, and value for money. We were very disappointed in this one, and suggest you look elsewhere to stay in Grand Junction!
