Air conditioner was at 89 and took 6 hours before it got down to 72 so a little uncomfortable to deal with.

The TV in the room did not work. We asked for assistance, but the staff member was unable to correct the problem. She said that the maintenance staff member was unavailable. The atmosphere was noisy. The people in the room above us were dropping items on the floor until late in the night. The restaurant was poorly staffed; tables were not cleared of dirty dishes, and the food was terrible. Other customers complained. I was concerned that one customer was threatening the manager about the poor service. I will never stay at this motel again. We left this Holiday Inn and traveled to a Holiday Inn in West Des Moines where our experience was considerably more pleasant. The only reason that I am not giving my rating a lower mark is that the service at the restaurant was pleasant, but she appeared ready to walk off the job due to frustration. The establishment is in critical need of major improvements!

Decent. It was decent. We heard a lot of traffic in the early mornings. Breakfast was just mediocre for the cost. The desk staff all seemed friendly. The pool and hot tub were clean. I like the dove products in the bathroom.

Staff was friendly and so accommodating. I called early in the morning to ask for early check in due to flight issues and rescheduling and they took great care of us and we were able to check in early and catch a nap before officially starting our vacay plans. The property was very nice, clean and safe.

The fan in the bathroom is loud and runs with the lights should be separate. The bartender was pretty loud. Coffee wasn’t ready in the morning at 8 am
