SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Grand Island

This hotel is more than a cheap place to stay. It lacks character, is not an inviting environment, LPV floors are slippery, cold and noisy, towels are like tissue needed two to get dry after shower, which has slippery floors. A good rubber floor mat in the shower should be there, can hear the loud noises from the pool. Couldn't wait to leave it in the morning. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Our keys never worked for the outside door of back building. My dad was there getting ice and he let us in. Tried keys for our room and they didn’t work either and some lady was in our room and told us to get away. When we told front desk, guy didn’t seem too concerned about it and told us the hotel was full. We had to stay somewhere else and he was not accommodating at all. Was charged for my cousins room and should not have been. Called hotel on Monday to tell them we got charged twice. We paid for my daughter’s room and it looked like we got charged for our room. I told them we got charged twice and they argued with me. Disputed on my credit card. I booked all the rooms but I should not have been charged for my cousins room at all, especially because I was with him when he checked in and he gave you his credit card. We will never stay, or should I say attempt to stay here again.

Smelly bathroom The bathroom smelled of sewer. Everytime water was turned on so we didn’t use shower as it smellled

We liked everything about our stay here. Even plan to stay here again neaxt week on our way home.

Terrible never again We were in town for a dance competition and had to share the hotel with a bunch of wrestling families. After asking several times for the parties to break up in the common area after ten (it was well after 2:30am) they finally moved to a room and continued to be inconsiderate. I booked 8 rooms here and each room had same experience with knocks on door at all hours of the night and drunk people trying to get into wrong rooms. The worst part is the front desk stopped answering the phone and did nothing. About it. We bring over 100 kids to Grand Island every year and will let other teams know this hotel is terrible.

The guesrs in the next room were very loud so the front desk was very understanding by moving me to another room.
