This place looks nothing like the photo's and is kinda a dump not to mention stains on the bed and they're idea of a glass of water is tap water

We stayed while in town last weekend and on Saturday found bed bugs in our room. Very shocking. Beds very old and uncomfortable as well.

This hotel was a clean hotel. Quiet. Front desk was helpful. Did pre check in and when I arrived keys were handed right to me no issues. Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Would recommend to anyone passing through! Good pricing

It was ....ok
The building definitely needs updating. Theres pealing paint in several places . The toilet in our room took for ever to flush . The timer for the hot tub didnt work . We were in there for almost an hour and it didnt shut off . There were lip prints on our window .there was mold on the refrigerator seal .

We found several items that were not to our liking. The toilet did not flush properly, The sink drain did not close, The main entry was not finished, there was no threshold plate at the doorway so if you were using the luggage cart it had to be lifted to get in the door. The hotel just felt tired and we will not be going back again. This was the second time we have been there and the first time we thought the condition was due to a change in ownership but I'm not sure anymore. We thought the building was undergoing renovation but since the entryway is still in the same condition it is now evident that this was not the case.
The staff was polite and helpful, but when we reported the problems with the room there was no attempt made to correct the problems. Hopefully the room received some attention after we left.
