La Perla Holiday Apartments

I went in January 2024 with my family, 2 adults with 3 small children and we had a great time; excellent location in the center of Pereybere near the main beach (100 meters) but also the bars; quiet location because there is a well-kept garden that isolates from the chaos and in any case a night guard always checks, really excellent; nothing is missing, very large living room (I stayed in the largest apartment), 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, washing machines, kitchen equipped with everything from stove to pots and plates, electric stove, kettle, microwave; nothing was missing, there were also adapters for iron sockets; free wi fi; the owner is super helpful, she organized a transfer from the airport for us when we arrived, really precise and is always ready to respond to your needs; the cleaning girls are super kind and ready to help you; in 7 days they redid our rooms and cleaned the apartment 3 times with towels changed; Optimal; I highly recommend it because it is close to the center or rather in the center; the supermarket is 5 minutes/10 minutes away on foot so convenient; if you don't want to stay in Pereybere as it's by the sea because it's crowded especially on weekends but you're looking for more relaxation, just take a bus or a taxi (it's cheap) and take you to the quieter nearby beaches; taxi stop 200 meters away; I would definitely stay here again, top rating

This establishment is run by heartless scammers! Do not book with them if you have any doubts as they will not make any effort to refund you or move the date. They stole 600th from me. I actually had to postpone my trip, they granted me a travel credit of 30% on the 600th (with a lot of difficulty). So I re-booked and put the money at the end. In the end they did not respect their commitment and canceled our agreement a few days before our arrival. They looked for every possible excuse to keep our money without having honored the reservation. I would like to point out that when we canceled via booking, the accommodation was re-booked within the day!! So no financial loss for the establishment, just an opportunity for them to steal! Because yes it’s theft!! Cancellation conditions are strict with them… okay!! but lacks total humanity

Very pleasant stay, welcome and availability of staff that met expectations. They are helpful and if necessary they always find a solution. The setting is friendly and peaceful. Towels and trash can are changed regularly. Good place to stay
