On arrival we were greeted with smiles and a drink and asked to take a seat in the lobby bar while they checked us in. After a long flight it was just what we needed. We stayed in one of the apartments and they are quiet, large and clean and have lovely decor. The gardens are beautiful and full of birdsong. The gardeners do a fantastic job and always have an hello and a smile. A favourite time was having drinks at sunset in the La Crique bar. The staff are all fabulous.Everyone greeted you with a warm smile and hello. A few special mentions are to Doushan- who always made sure that everything was good with our meals and drinks and made us feel very special. Cindy - also ensuring we were looked after during meals with a big smile. Ajay - a sweet, kind, attentive man .. he always made sure we had our salt and pepper pots at breakfast ,kept our drinks topped up around the pool and always asking if we were ok. Reception staff all friendly and very helpful Special mentions to The lovely sweet Camille who gave us our hotel tour and was always checking we were ok and sorting any issues we may have had .. she will be a great asset to the team. Princess Aurore - a lovely smiley happy young lady.. If you want to go to a hotel where the scenery is beautiful and serene, vibe is cosy and friendly, location is perfect and the staff are greater than perfect, then this is the place to go !

The most amazing boutique hotel . Amazing service , beautiful , cozy “ creole “ historical type of houses . Swimming pool overlooking the beautiful Grand Bay . Room very nice with all amenities you need for your trip . Everyone was very welcoming . The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you are having a great stay . From making sure you have your favorite food , local exotic food “ gateau piments “ . Every morning at breakfast , special attention to the customer and making sure you start your day nicely . Thank you to Rishi and his team in the dining room and Aurore at customer relations .

We love this hotel , perfect location and wonderful staff. Each member of staff really made us feel welcome. The rooms were beautiful with a ‘spa’ feel. Great trips from the hotel , amazing rum experience. Special mention to Ajay Coco, Camile, Aurore , Elodia ( bar) Varuna and Aman xx

I can only say that the hotel and all the staff are truly exceptional. The location is fantastic. A short walk along the beach into the main resort is a lovely wander and takes you past the local markets for vegetables and fish. You may even see some rays. Back to the hotel. Fantastic. The bar staff and the waiting staff are very attentive. We stayed all inclusive and they did not miss a beat. Special mention to Ajay & Amand who were exceptional- nothing was too much trouble for them. Front of house Camille was great. Always helpful and a smile to light up your day.

Great holiday. Staff lovely especially Ajay and Udesh who went out of their way to look after us. Also Jonas & Elodie at La Crique, Melah at the spa and Vymah for keeping our room clean. Ground staff keep the garden and resort spotless. All the staff are friendly, attentive and kind.

Very friendly and relaxed location with very attentive staff. Special mention must go to Ajay and Oudesh in particular for their fantastic service and kindness. Mention also for Jonas, Vimah and Elodi along with Melah at the Spa where my wife enjoyed two Mauritian massages during our stay. Gardens and grounds kept beautifully by the gardeners. Room comfortable and air conditioned. Food good and plentiful.

Our third visit, the hotel gets better and better. Great team spirit in the staff, excellent bar/restaurant/food. Great facilities, pool, activities and spa. Special mentioned for Roukaya , Ashvin from Reception, Melissa , Hans great sense of Humour. Sexy barman Zack as well. Would highly recommend to anyone.
