Unwind in a centrally located Granby studio condo with a king-sized bed. This modern updated condo boasts room for 4, a beautiful bathroom with walk-in rain shower. Ground floor walk out patio with magnificent mountain views. Resort amenities include a pool and hot tubs. Nearby, find a grocery store, fast-food options, a liquor store, and a dispensary, making your mountain retreat comfortable and convenient. Close to Rocky Mountain National Park, Winterpark, Grand Lake, Lake Granby, YMCA.
The Space
The middle (2nd) floor condo is about 450 sqft. A studio layout with the kitchen, living room and bedroom all in one room. The kitchen is stocked with basic cooking utensils and gadgets, silverware, dishes, pots, pans, etc.. Full size fridge microwave and dishwasher, 4 burner stove with oven, 4 place kitchen table rounds out the functional kitchen. Living room is comprised of a full sized couch the pulls out into a queen bed. 55" smart tv, speedy wifi and a warm throw blanket to curl up with. The Bedroom area consists a luxurious and comfy King sized bed, a fireplace (paper logs only)and window with a wonderful mountain view. Full bathroom includes a deep soaker tub/shower, large mirror, toilet, plenty of counterspace and lighting.
