I have thought about how to evaluate this hotel for a long time. This hotel is not big, but the location is very good. It is basically within half an hour to walk to the main attractions in Granada. I live in the hotel in the United States room. The furniture in the room looks a bit old, but it should be carefully selected. There is also a sofa area where you can read and chat. I am tired from playing outside, and I think of going home. This hotel is like your home in Granada. Breakfast family asks what you want to eat, you can choose according to your taste and habits. Although the bathroom facilities are not as modern as standard hotels, they are enough. If I go to Granada again, maybe I will want to go home and see.

Location — On the hill, 10 min walk to the Alhambra Palace. If you fancy a short morning stroll in the same natural environment that surrounds the monumental complex, it should serve the purpose. Rooms on the city side have good views overlooking the Granada landscape, but prices are also much higher. Service — Staff are very well trained and carry with them the old English-style professionalism and dignity, being polite but not condescending or ingratiating. Amenities — Probably once modern during the first half of the 20th century, they are very old and out of date by today’s standard for a 5-star hotel. For example, the toilet is flushed by pulling (instead of pushing) the plug on the lid, something I’ve never seen in real life, but only in movies. Also the toilet had a bit of smell, not sure if it’s due to cleaning or in the pipes. Overall, this hotel should suit visitors who look for classy service and/or an immersive experience of living in close proximity to the cultural complex and overlooking the Granada city as the emirs and kings did in the past.

The hotel is very close to the metro (about 50m), the rooms are very clean. However, it was a little uncomfortable that the walls are very thin, as you can hear every guest in the hallway. In the breakfast room, a little more space between the tables would have created a more pleasant atmosphere, especially since the waiters started setting up for lunch at around 8:45 (breakfast is served from 7:00 to 10:00).

Stayed for 3 nights. On the first day, the window of the room on the back of the first floor was very close to the wall. There was also a problem with the bathroom facilities. It didn't feel good. On the second day, I moved to the second floor on the other side. The layout and feel of the room were much better; You need to bring your own toiletries and slippers; parking is convenient (20.5 euros), and breakfast is simple and convenient. In addition, the price is much more expensive on weekends than on weekdays; I am lucky enough to get tickets to the Alhambra Palace at night. Good location as the square is 5min walk away and beach easily located again inside 5min Nice pool that’s got the sun until 4pm and then goes into the shade. Breakfast was included in the price but was very basic without any variety on different days. Old bedding used that needs replacing

The room is quite big, and the bathroom has a big bathtub. I forgot to take pictures of the interior of the room, and it is not much different from the pictures provided by the hotel. It is very close to the Alhambra Palace, and it takes 3 to 5 minutes to walk to the Gate of Justice. The hotel service is also very considerate and helped us store our luggage.
