I’m sorry to deduct stars for this hotel as there is much about it to enjoy and we did. The concierge was very helpful, the rooms clean and comfortable and it’s a great location for the city but ……. 1. Having a roof top bar is an asset. We were encouraged by the reception staff to visit it as it has stunning views. I asked if you had to book and was told no, open from 7. It does have stunning views as we discovered when we went up there but it was closed on Monday and Tuesday! Why? It’s peak tourist season and we were encouraged to go up there ! Very disappointing. 2. The breakfast buffet was good but there was only one person clearing and laying tables and making sure supplies were replenished. There were queues for bread, juice , bacon and eggs. It was 9am. Shame as it’s a great location .

First the good points: The front desk was outstanding; gracious and helpful. The cleaning crew did a good job. The shower was fabulous. It was inexpensive. Location was good; on a quiet block with lots of eateries close by. Only one block from the ”eating street”. But this hotel badly needs updating. The hall way was dark with vinyl flooring that felt uneven underfoot. There was a musty smell to the room. Bathroom was oddly configured so that when seating on the toilet the sink was right in your face. We got a room with a private balcony. The room was large and spacious but there were no counters to put your stuff. Closets had no shelving. We put everything on the floor. In short this would not be my choice to spend vacation days in Granada.

Eurostar hotel chain, located in the city center, with direct airport bus access, about 200 meters walk after getting off, near the church. The hotel is quiet in the bustling city, very clean and quiet, with toothbrush, comb, hair dryer, kettle, refrigerator, safe, simple ironing, slippers can be asked for free at the front desk, and there is a drying rack in the bathroom, which is very convenient for washing. The only drawback is that only a small bottle of free mineral water is provided every day. The breakfast is rich, 7:30:10:30, the taste is also good, and the fruit is fresh.

They cancelled my reservation just three weeks before my stay and still continued selling rooms for the same period. Maybe they got better price from somebody else. It's amazing that this still happens in the EU. Please don't book with them.

Good location, good value for money, good rooms, close to many major sightseeing attractions, many restaurants/stores/supermarkets nearby, close to airport bus stop and citybus stops......... Did not expect it was such a good place to stay, given the ”hostel” name. Chose the Toc Hostel because of its convenient location and not too many ”last-moment” choices. Booked the single room with private bathroom (avoided the dormitories with shared bathrooms), and was further updgraded to family(?) room upon check-in. The accommodation was better than many mid-range hotels; clean, quiet and spacious. One drawback/point to note: the daily continental breakfasts were rather simple, and only started at 8am; rather too late if you booked early day-tours.

As other have said around 10 minutes walk from City Centre but close to all attractions. Rooms are excellent, spacious and have a nice bathroom. Tea and cofee provided and rooms kept spotless by cleaners. Did not use amenities on offer or eat in the restaurant so cannot comment on quality. Only one minor negative was around wifi - brilliant in reception but 'patchy” in room and would often lose connectivity. Overall first rate hotel and would return.

He tenido un problema de salud, y me han tenido 3 dias dandome largas para poder hacer una modificacion en el cambio de fecha de mi estancia, en la cual viajo con mujer y niños. Muy poca ´´Humanidad¨´, que ni siquiera sugiriendo pagar incluso mas en otro fin de semana, han preferido qued**** con todo el dinero y perder un cliente. Esto le puede pasar a cualquiera, pero así demuestran lo que les importa la gente. en ningún momento he pretendido que me devuelvan nada, solo modificar la fecha y me han estado engañando una y otra vez. En todos los sitios que he tenido que cancelar este fin de semana, en ninguno he tenido problemas y he podido modificar para las siguientes semanas, pero los de este hotel me han estado dando respuestas distintas cada vez para aburrirme y terminar diciendome que no van a ´´hacer nada para intentar solcionarlo, es lo que hay´´ y que el Covid no es motivo para hacer modificaciones. Yo tambien trabajo en una empresa de servicion, y lo que intentamos en estos casos es ponernos en el lugar del afectado y buscar una solucion, porque hay que tener humanidad y empatia con las personas ellos han preferido qued**** con 250€, lo que les hace ver que son

I stayed at this lovely hotel with my Mum to be near the hospital and it was an excellent hotel. Rooms were spotless, beds really comfortable and total black out windows. We had breakfast every morning it was exactly what we wanted. I would stay here again and would recommend the hotel to my friends and family. Owner very friendly he spoke with the residents every morning as he helped out his staff . Many thanks

The hotel's rooftop pool and terrace are perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. While most guests appreciate the modern amenities and courteous service, limited parking can be a slight inconvenience. Overall, it earns a well-deserved 4.5 out of 5 stars.

We spent 3 nights in these suites & had a lovely stay. The suites are spacious, clean, great price & a fantastic city location. The bathrooms are huge & offer 2 showers! The staff are friendly & offer lots of good tips for getting around Granada. Really great team running the suites. The roof top pool is perfect for a cold dip after a long day exploring the beautiful streets of Granada. Parking is available & the reception team support accessing the lift to the carpark. Would recommend this stay to anyone visiting Granada & wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

The hotel has a pay parking but the nearby streets are already finished the paying area and if you are lucky like us you can leave the car as long as you need without worrying about putting a ticket. The hotel is very well communicated with bus stops and metro, although we didn't need any of them.

GGuest UserYou could not find a better situated Hotel in the centre of Granada. We initially had a problem with one of the rooms a we had requested a twin bedded room through our agent but apparently this was not confirmed so they had booked us into a double. The receptionist was so helpful and after a discussion arranged for us to view the rooms still available before we agreed to taking the most suitable. The problem was overcome because all the twin bedded rooms were already booked we took a double into which they put an extra single bed although we had to pay extra. Throughout our stay all the staff were so helpful and attentive, no request was too difficult. If we ever return to Granada we would not hesitate to stay again. There were still Covid restrictions in place (June 2022) so there were no brochures or pamphlets displayed, but the receptionists were all very helpful in answering any questions about facilities in the hotel and about Granada itself - where bus stops were for different buses, cafe's restaurants etc. The breakfast in the hotel was not a buffet (Covid) restrictions) but was waiter service, the menu having a good selection - try the toast with avocado and tomato!

YYUNQINGood location, convenient to eat around, have Chinese food, walk to Agong more than 20 minutes, but climbing is very tired, although the hotel is Samsung, but the decoration style is very modern, five floors have five colors of style, we are the second floor, blue The color tone is very beautiful. The disadvantage is that the breakfast tastes good and the coffee is especially difficult to drink. This is rarely the case in Europe.

TTIANYUANThe breakfast is rich, freshly squeezed orange juice is very good, the hotel staff is warm! We are three people, booked in Ctrip, have arranged an extra bed when arriving at the hotel, very satisfied, the room is large, the suitcase can be tiled! The hotel is very close to the high-speed exit and there is an underground car park that is very safe. We went to the city and the Alhambra for a taxi. The hotel can call the car because the road in Granada is very narrow. We are not very confident that we drive. This hotel receives tours. Consider dinner at the lobby bar or in the lobby restaurant. The service is especially good, the staff is also very good at English, and the paella is delicious!

GGuest UserSuper location in the historic center on a pedestrian street best restaurants,shopping, cathedral and walking distance to sights. Excellent tourist help from the staff with lots of advice and help offered. Everything was clean, hotel was quiet, good bed, plentiful of water. There are a lot of stairs but the staff will carry your bag for you and Reception closes at 4PM.

Todo estaba tal y como se ve en fotos, el trato del personal fue muy bueno atento a todo y simpatico. Las habitaciones super limpia e increíble y sobre todo las zonas para pasar el rato como terraza y zona gaming para relacionarse. La ubicación mejor imposible volvería a repetir.
