Lobby: The hotel lobby boasts modern decor. The restaurant, designed in an Arabian style, features white walls and intricate carvings, offering a beautiful and refined aesthetic.
Rooms: Both the rooms and corridors are predominantly white, exuding an elegant decor.
Service: The service was excellent. The gentleman at the front desk was fluent in English, friendly, cheerful, and incredibly helpful. When our room wasn't ready upon arrival, they kindly offered us two complimentary drinks at the hotel lounge. Once the room was prepared, he personally delivered the key card to us.
Location: The hotel boasts an excellent location. Stepping out and turning left, you'll find yourself directly in the city center, an area bustling with restaurants, shops, and tourists. The hotel is conveniently located directly opposite the El Corte Inglés department store. Right next door, there's a chain brunch spot called 'Granada Artisan.' It offers fair prices, and two people can have a filling meal for 10 to 20 Euros – definitely worth trying. However, be aware that the staff's English isn't strong, so knowing some basic Spanish for ordering would be beneficial. For visits to the Alhambra Palace, it's advisable to take a taxi or public bus, as the path leading up to it is a steep incline, making the walk quite tiring.
The location is in the center. It only takes 22 minutes to walk to the Alhambra Palace. The bus to the bus station is right across the street. There are many restaurants around, which is very convenient. The room is comfortable, the breakfast is rich and delicious, the facilities are good, and the service is attentive.
The service attitude is very good, the room is cleaned very well, and the clothes are folded or hung up. The location is quite convenient. The breakfast is average, and the fruits are quite rich. What is not ideal is that the room on the 7th floor is arranged. I don’t know if it is a workshop or something upstairs. There is always noise. It will only be quiet at night when it is time to go to bed. In addition, there is always a peculiar smell in the room, even though we have been opening the window for ventilation. Although the room has an indoor viewing balcony, the roof of the building next door can be seen from the outside, which is not beautiful.

Overall, it's a good hotel, except that the air conditioning is weak, so the room is hot, and the lighting is low, so the room is dark. Breakfast is good, and parking is convenient.
Bath and toilet are separated from wet and dry, with heating and Yuba. The underwear that was washed the night before was done the next morning. The hotel has a small exterior but the room is spacious enough. It is convenient to eat, shop and buy desserts around. It is a 26-minute walk from the Alhambra and a 11-minute taxi ride. No shoes, you can borrow from the front desk. There are free instant coffee and tea bags.
The family room for four is very cost-effective! The breakfast is very rich and the location is good. It is very close to the Basilica of St. John the Divine, a very shocking church, worth a visit! There are photos of the Alhambra Palace in the room, which has a local atmosphere of Granada!
I had a great stay at Barceló Granada Congress. My room had a great view overlooking mountains. The hotel is very conveniently located near a metro station and also many other main bus routes. The city is mostly walkable so it's only about 20mins walk to the city center from the hotel. The room has been cleaned and tidied up every day. Most of the essentials amenities were also provided.
The hotel room was quiet, the bed was comfortable, the bathtub was large, and the hot shower was convenient. It was a place I would like to come back to. However, the distance from the Alhambra Palace was a bit disappointing.
We found this hotel room are quite nice, the facilities are all up to quality for this range of hotel. There are a lot of cafe, shops, supermarket near by. We also used a self-service laundry near by. Location wise, it is very close to the Metro to the train station. To get the tourism centre - Plaza Isabel La Católica, there is much direct bus, there are about about 15 mins walk. Or there is a bus 11 which is take some times. But there are a lot shops to explore alone the different routes. Overall, we are quite enjoy the stay here.
The hotel was as expected. It was a very pleasant stay with very friendly and helpful service. The room was good in terms of both size and furnishings and also offered a very nice view from the window (especially at night when everything is lit up). The breakfast was great! There was even the option of having an omelette freshly prepared with all the ingredients you could want. There was also a vending machine that offered freshly squeezed orange juice. That was really great.
The location of the hotel was absolutely fine. You walk across the river and then have the option of being taken anywhere using public transport. The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful. Our luggage was happily stored and stowed away on the day of our departure so that we could explore the city a bit.
The only drawback was the suggested pool area. The photos online showed a nice pool that we wanted to use. Unfortunately, the classic evening ”swimming” as we know it doesn't seem to exist in Spain. They only ever talk about the spa area and as I understand it, you have to book a massage to even get access to it. It is also not open until 9 p.m. as advertised, but only until 7 p.m. We thought that was a bit of a shame. Otherwise, however, a recommendable hotel!

Amazing
QQusheyoudaoI have thought about how to evaluate this hotel for a long time. This hotel is not big, but the location is very good. It is basically within half an hour to walk to the main attractions in Granada. I live in the hotel in the United States room. The furniture in the room looks a bit old, but it should be carefully selected. There is also a sofa area where you can read and chat. I am tired from playing outside, and I think of going home. This hotel is like your home in Granada. Breakfast family asks what you want to eat, you can choose according to your taste and habits. Although the bathroom facilities are not as modern as standard hotels, they are enough. If I go to Granada again, maybe I will want to go home and see.
GGuest UserThe design of the room is mainly white stone and glass. The lines are simple and have a certain design sense. It is a highlight, but it is not particularly practical. All glass doors are used in the room. The switch and entry and exit must be more careful. The windows are particularly poorly soundproofed and every car passing by can be heard at night. Breakfast is more expensive and not eaten at the hotel. The hotel has a small yard, which is more comfortable, but because of the rain these days, I have not seen more. The location of the hotel is more convenient, and it can be reached within 30 minutes on foot to the main church and the Alhambra. Overall, the price is not too high.
GGuest UserHotel location is very good, there is a small square at the door, many people eat here. The breakfast buffet was very rich, the reception was very good, and the location of the various attractions was explained.
RRafa SCMy experience at this hotel was simply exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the service was unbeatable, with friendly staff always willing to help. We were surprised by an incredibly spacious room, so large it almost felt like an apartment. I understand that this isn't always the case.
The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel's atmosphere was extremely peaceful, ideal for relaxing and unwinding. Every detail was taken care of, making our stay perfect.
Without a doubt, a 10/10 experience. I recommend it without a doubt and would gladly return.
GGuest UserThis hotel is in the urban area. Parking is more inconvenient, but the hotel is very user-friendly. Report the license plate to him. If you park at the door and wait for someone or unload your luggage and be photographed, they will help clear the ticket. This is rare. Because it is very convenient to go to nearby attractions and find food in the city
AAmir_DThe room was tidy and clean, all possible things needed were in the room.
There was a fridge and coffee machine provided in the room and some refreshments already provided for free.
Sometimes I could hear the music from other rooms through the wall. The was some construction project in the street on the time of my travel which might not be pleasant for some people.
Overall, it worth the money and I will go there again if I visit Granada again.
GGuest UserA youth hostel in Granada, public toilets. The room was clean, the subway was convenient and the room was cheap. But luggage storage is charged, a 5 euros
