"I arrived early, but the welcome from the check-in staff was very warm, and the one lady with the green dress, whose name I can’t recall, was super helpful and friendly, making the overall experience much more enjoyable. The hotel was wonderful, located opposite the Alhambra, and perfect for visiting the prime tourist attraction. It’s 12-15 minutes walk into the centre, so not far, however the walk back is slightly uphill and may prove challenging for some, fortunately buses regularly pass through so not an issue. Breakfast was lovely with some really good options. Room was a good size, modern and very comfortable. Additionally, each evening staff drop off a small pack of candy, which is nice. Many pros, but couple of cons: not many restaurants near by, as most are located in the centre, and as a lone female, walking back through the park from the centre feels a little eerie after dark, so best to get taxi/bus back.
Pool is small and not heated, not an issue for me though. Overall, an excellent choice."
"The hotel was in a convenient location close to the train station (around 8-10 min on foot). The staff were friendly and the service was very good. The rooms were clean and spacious and we enjoyed the views from the (small) rooftop pool. From the hotel, it was easy to walk to Puerta Elvira and through the old Arab district to the town center (around 20 mins). From there we caught the hop-on-hop-off Granada city tour trolley (9.6 euros per person for the day), which was a relaxing way to see the city. We also climbed the hill to the Alhambra, which was incredible. Don’t miss the Nasrin Palace! We appreciate that the Catalonia hotels make an effort to be environmentally friendly and we would definitely stay with them again."
"I had a very nice stay in the hotel. Breakfast was good and Location was 15 mins from the city centre. You can also ask items from the reception for the room as Kettle and slippers.. would book it again when next time I visit Granada"
"The room is a suite, the facilities are very complete, but the place is a bit hidden, it is easy to miss, we asked a lot of people, still go around, until a good person led us over, really too hidden!"
"This Aparthotel was in an absolutely perfect location and easily accessible to the main sites of Granada. The communication with the customer support was excellent and it was easy to check in and out or get an early check in for an additional cost. The app was really useful as I could check in that way and had a note of my entrance key in case I forgot the number. The facilities, cleanliness and little extras provided such as water, coffee and crisps were really appreciated after a day of travel. The studio I was in was absolutely gorgeous, modern, clean and whilst in the centre of the town, quiet, so I could get a good night's sleep. The only thing that was a slight disappointment was that I booked the apartment thinking I would be getting a view of the town/square, but I did have balcony views over the balconies and into the apartments of the identical building directly in front of me. So, no view to speak of, but I didn't spend much time in the apartment as there was plenty to do in Granada. Overall, 4/5 for the experience and will be staying in the Libere again when next travelling to Spain. "
"Lobby: The hotel lobby boasts modern decor. The restaurant, designed in an Arabian style, features white walls and intricate carvings, offering a beautiful and refined aesthetic.
Rooms: Both the rooms and corridors are predominantly white, exuding an elegant decor.
Service: The service was excellent. The gentleman at the front desk was fluent in English, friendly, cheerful, and incredibly helpful. When our room wasn't ready upon arrival, they kindly offered us two complimentary drinks at the hotel lounge. Once the room was prepared, he personally delivered the key card to us.
Location: The hotel boasts an excellent location. Stepping out and turning left, you'll find yourself directly in the city center, an area bustling with restaurants, shops, and tourists. The hotel is conveniently located directly opposite the El Corte Inglés department store. Right next door, there's a chain brunch spot called 'Granada Artisan.' It offers fair prices, and two people can have a filling meal for 10 to 20 Euros – definitely worth trying. However, be aware that the staff's English isn't strong, so knowing some basic Spanish for ordering would be beneficial. For visits to the Alhambra Palace, it's advisable to take a taxi or public bus, as the path leading up to it is a steep incline, making the walk quite tiring."
"The hotel has its own parking lot, which costs 20 euros per night. It has a car lift, and one of the hotel's elevators can go directly to the underground garage. The hotel is in a small alley, and you can park temporarily on the roadside at the door. After completing the check-in procedures, the staff will take the driver to park. There are 2 rooms on the 5th floor, with a sloping ceiling and exposed cement. Rooms 406 and 407 are good, and 304 is darker. There are 2 bathing areas in the room, the bath water is quite large, and the bathroom is clean. There are only sheets, and the quilt core is in the cabinet. In early October, the air conditioner can be turned off at night, so we put the quilt core directly on the sheets. There are many restricted areas in Granada. The hotel is more considerate that all the license plates of the hotel will be reported to the traffic police to avoid tickets. It costs 6.5 euros to take a taxi to the San Nicolas Observation Deck. There is no parking lot there. If you go to the San Miguel Observation Deck, you can drive there. There is an open space for free parking. Otherwise, Uber will cost 23 euros to come back. The roads in the old town are small and there are many one-way streets. We basically took a taxi. The Gastrobar La Botillería restaurant near the hotel is good. Watch the sunset at 8:00 in the morning on the terrace on the 5th floor"
"This should be the best hotel for this trip. The day we arrived was the May Day in Andalucia, which was very lively. The breakfast in the hotel's executive lounge has a hidden menu, which can be ordered by scanning the code.
The Alhambra Palace is really shocking, and the Nasrid Palace, which needs to be booked two months in advance, is the essence of its art."
"The location is great. Around 15 mins casual walk to the centre tourist area.
The staff are really nice and helpful.
But the bath water is not hot enough and the hair dryer is not good enough to dry my long hair fast.
Still good to stay for a short trip."
"The location is particularly good, just upstairs in the chocolate shop in the lively city center. If you store your luggage, you have to go to another store in his house. If you don't store it, you can check in directly. It is very convenient and simple. The room is large, and the washing machine and dishwasher are complete. The only problem is that the hot water cannot be washed all the time. If there are many people, it may have to be washed the next morning. But I still like this hotel very much."

Amazing
YYiyufengqingThis is my favorite hotel throughout my trip to Spain, both in terms of environment and service. The color tone of the room is in the style of Gong, with red and blue colors, which is both warm and exotic. When I return to the room every evening, there are different fruits and snacks. When I return to the room at night, I also receive thoughtful care, including L'Occitane makeup remover wipes and hand cream. The breakfast is also very rich. You can also consider dining in the hotel for lunch and dinner. The quality is different from ordinary restaurants outside. Next time you travel, even to another city, it must be your first choice!

Amazing
GGuest UserA stylish hotel, conveniently located just off an alley next to Granada Cathedral. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the common areas were very spacious. They reportedly host regular rooftop parties, which would be great for social butterflies, though there's an extra charge to attend. The buffet breakfast had a limited selection and the taste was average, but it was enough to fill you up. The coffee was awful, but for only 6 euros, it's incredibly good value. A nice touch was the complimentary box of drinking water provided on the first day of our stay. Luggage storage is free on your check-in day, but there's a 3-euro charge for storing bags after check-out.

Amazing
SSamualzhuThe location is very good. It only takes 17 minutes to walk to the Gate of Justice of the Alhambra Palace. The entrance is the Granada Cathedral. You can take the airport bus directly from the airport to this hotel (that is, the Cathedral Station, 4.1 euros per person). Check-in is only after 3 o'clock. It seems that there are many people staying, so I left my luggage in the hotel at first. The attitude of the front desk lady was very good. The next day, I helped to take a taxi to the train station directly. It was about 7 euros. The taxi arrived at the door in 5 minutes, and it took 10 minutes to get to the train station. The only drawback is that the room is relatively small (but it is enough), and it is also very clean. Overall, it is good.

Great
GGuest UserLocation — On the hill, 10 min walk to the Alhambra Palace. If you fancy a short morning stroll in the same natural environment that surrounds the monumental complex, it should serve the purpose. Rooms on the city side have good views overlooking the Granada landscape, but prices are also much higher.
Service — Staff are very well trained and carry with them the old English-style professionalism and dignity, being polite but not condescending or ingratiating.
Amenities — Probably once modern during the first half of the 20th century, they are very old and out of date by today’s standard for a 5-star hotel. For example, the toilet is flushed by pulling (instead of pushing) the plug on the lid, something I’ve never seen in real life, but only in movies. Also the toilet had a bit of smell, not sure if it’s due to cleaning or in the pipes.
Overall, this hotel should suit visitors who look for classy service and/or an immersive experience of living in close proximity to the cultural complex and overlooking the Granada city as the emirs and kings did in the past.

Great
BBudingduoduoaibudingThe service attitude is very good, the room is cleaned very well, and the clothes are folded or hung up. The location is quite convenient. The breakfast is average, and the fruits are quite rich. What is not ideal is that the room on the 7th floor is arranged. I don’t know if it is a workshop or something upstairs. There is always noise. It will only be quiet at night when it is time to go to bed. In addition, there is always a peculiar smell in the room, even though we have been opening the window for ventilation. Although the room has an indoor viewing balcony, the roof of the building next door can be seen from the outside, which is not beautiful.
GGuest UserHa sido increíble , es verdad que hemos estado solo un día . Pero se nos ofrecía todo , súper limpio las habitaciones , cuarto de baños el hotel en si estaba muy limpio . Deseando volver
AAira CharisDidn't expect this hotel is just a stone away from the main train station. Bus stops outside the hotel, surrounded with cafes, restaurants and easy to get taxi service. Free buffet breakfast was okay, same menu daily. Strictly 12nn check out no extensions not even 30mins or even if we are willing to pay extra they did not allow us even if the hotel ia not fully booked. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Very Good
MM257267****The room boy had an interesting English accent and provided us with a better room, which was a room with a loft at the top of the hotel. There is a large bed upstairs and downstairs. Six-pointed star symbols can be seen everywhere in the hotel. Maybe the owner is Jewish. The room is clean and tidy, and the decoration is simple and tasteful.
Most importantly, the hotel is located in the bustling New Plaza of the city, with the Albayzín district behind it. You can see the flow of people downstairs from close to you, and you can see the Alhambra Palace in the distance. Excellent location. Provided a wonderful ending to our trip.

OOLIVIER- Hey,
Ok, overall, 6/10 is the ideal note ...joints in the shower that departs, traces of aging and black humidity in the shower, overall quite clean, high-tech facilities are well but also aging, e.g.: The beuk TV, as well as the ”intelligent” toilet that opens, closes, cleanses alone at night, and especially a very bad bed where, you push, as soon as you are going to bed! That's the worst thing!
Overall, well, you have also for your money, when booking, you know you will not go even in a 4 or 5 stars !!!
Sorry for the staff who is really super nice, and there 10/10!
A + also, we arrived after midnight, after official time of registration, we have called warning of our delay, and gently one person at the reception has stayed to receive us !! Thank you
