We booked a family suite at the last minute, but unfortunately the suite on the second floor only had one bathroom. The luxurious suite on the first floor has two bathrooms and a small terrace. The bath water was at a temperature that was a bit hot for children. But other than that everything was perfect. There is a kitchen and a refrigerator, which is very necessary for those who come to Spain in the summer.
For an additional 40 euros per child per day, a sofa bed will be provided. The cleaning fee is 10 euros per room per day.
The more troublesome thing about checking in here is that Ctrip contacts the agent, and the agent then contacts the hotel. It's not very smooth. It's not as fast as contacting the hotel directly through booking. Because there is no 24-hour front desk, you need to tell the hotel your arrival time in advance. The road at the entrance is very narrow and gravelly. It is recommended that you charter a car or hire a car to go there.

What a beautiful place for my family to stay! Noha was super friendly and always willing to help the guests. The lady who worked in the morning was also lovely—many thanks to the wonderful staff. The building was amazing—spacious, clean, and equipped with all the facilities we needed! If we return, we will definitely stay here again. :)

As other reviews say, it's beautiful BUT there are several issues that make it not worth the price. 1) Pool to use for 90 mins is 25 Euro per person. They provide snacks and a drink which is good and it's a very nice area but this wasn't clear on booking. I wouldn't have booked if I'd known. When you're paying 300 euro/night for a serviced apartment, you don't expect this. Disappointing. 2). Breakfast is from 830 only. Considering we were there in July and it's 40 plus degrees outside, people will want earlier so they can see the city in the morning. They offered a pack lunch but we'd already bought breakfast stuff. 3) breakfast itself was ok but limited vs other places we stayed and service was slow. 4) Location is ok but still down a small alley a fair walk from bars, restaurants, etc. As I say, gorgeous place but if you're charging double that of a centrally located hotel, you need more substance over style.

Parking is away from the hotel, you need to text them and wait for them to arrive. They just want you to leave the car and not bother. They don't have reception at night, so you must arrive the time they are available. Don't bother them if you have a problem.

Such a beautiful place in a great location in Granada! The apartment was dreamy and our room had a great view. Breakfast was delightful and service was excellent! Our stay here was part of the highlight of our visit to Granada! I would want to stay here again!

I have travelled all over the world and this is now one of my favorite hotels I have ever stayed in. We were in a corner 1 bedroom apartment with beautiful views of the mountains. Everything was sparkling clean and the apartment felt very luxurious. Decor was beautiful, sheets and bed was very comfortable, great shower, and nicely stocked kitchen with high end appliances. I'd move in if they would let me!
