Otel self resepsiyon sistemi ile çalışıyor. Daimi olarak duran biri yok. İlk varışta giriş sorunu yaşadık ancak otel sorumlusu ile iletişime geçince hızlıca çözdük. Yardım sever ve anlayışlıydı. Otel temiz ve düzenliydi. Dekorasyonu güzeldi. Tarihi bir bölgede butik bir otel. Biz konaklamadan memnun kaldık.

Quality accommodation with some excellent features and very well located but with a couple of drawbacks. It has views of the famous Alhambra and is a short walk to a vibrant tourist entertainment area full of bistros, restaurants and bars. This address is not accessible by cars being located in a walkway alley uphill. No parking nearby. A number of taxis refused the fare when presented with the address and we managed eventually to get a translation across for a destination of a nearby corner to the address. Considering the cost, I found it lacking in providing a small desk or table which can be inconvenient. The property is not staffed and access is available by electronic PIN pads.

Petit hôtel au calme. Nous avons eu la chambre avec le petit patio. Très propre, calme. La propriétaire est discrète mais très souriante. Petite terrasse avec petite piscine très agréable. Petit déjeuner pour petits appétits. Pour nous cela a été parfait. Demander les chambres avec vue

Si quieres descansar y desconectar del día a día este sin duda es tu sitio, está situado a los pies de la Alhambra y tanto las habitaciones como el baño son grandes y cuenta con todo lo que necesitas. Decoración clásica con puertas y armarios de madera antiguos pero todo muy cuidado. La casa cuenta con una pequeña piscina con la que puedes pasar una tarde de relax pues no se escucha absolutamente nada y con esta calor poder refrescarte. Tiene un desayuno a la carta con varias opciones y la chica que te atiende muy atenta, Dar las gracias al personal que hace posible todo esto. Volveremos!!
