We had an issue with a booking that we had with another agent who left us stranded. I contacted this company and withing 10min, we were in the apartment and settled down. What could have been a nightmare trip was saved by "Apartmentos Centro" thank you very much! The apartment and all common areas were spotless and had all you could ask for. 5min walking distance to centre and amenities very close by.

I was staying for a weekend and when I asked for the invoice they gave me a paper with the amount, nothing official and on top of that they told me that the agency's commission is not included, hilarious. I tell them to give me an official invoice because that is not worth it and they directly tell me no and block me on the phone. It's unfortunate that I did it through Booking and they don't want to know anything about the invoice either.

Ubicación ideal, el apartamento esta bien pero varias cosas mejorables, el sofá cama incomodísimo para dormir,la nevera en lugar de enfriar congela la comida incluso bajando al minimo. Tiene cafetera de cápsulas y cafetera italiana la cual no funciona.

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado. No hay recepcionista. La limpiadora está muy pendiente para que no falte de nada . Mil gracias!! El sofá está pidiendo una renovación urgente. El resto está más o menos bien. Tiene cafetera Dolce Gusto, tostador...

Las fotos que tiene en las webs no están actualizadas. Tiene que mejorar el mantenimiento y los detalles, cortinas arrastrando el suelo, mueble de cocina despegado, colchón muy blando... Muy cara para el estado del alojamiento. Se oye mucho a los vecinos (y eran muy tranquilos) y la cama no es cómoda, te hundes al centro La situación no es mala
