The location is very convenient.
The rooms have a stylish interior that makes you feel calm. Although we did not include breakfast, you can enjoy croissants and free coffee on the rooftop terrace.
The hot water in the shower doesn't have much force, takes a long time to heat up, and it's difficult to adjust whether it's hot or cold.
There is an air conditioner in the room, but it appears to be central heating. It doesn't get warm even if you put it on.
The concierge was very friendly and helpful. However, there were times when I was the only one. Basically, you'll be contacted via what'sup, so it's a good idea to be prepared.

The location is in the city center, so it has good access to all directions. The room was cold as the air conditioner didn't work. It was a bit noisy as the toilet was constantly running water, probably because of the drainage problem. Amenities are abundant. At the lounge on the 5th floor, you can drink coffee for free until 10pm after check-in. There is also a terrace with a beautiful night view.

We had a lovely stay. The hotel is right in the center of town and less than a mile from Alhambra--very convenient. The buffet breakfast was excellent.

While we enjoyed our stay at this hotel, coming home I discovered that the hotel was paid 2-3x times for room/services - 1 by *******, 2 by charging our credit cards again and 3rd by charing EU debit card...
I am seriously upset about being charged so many times when it should have all be covered under *******'s initial charge for reservation.

The drain in the sink did not work. The heating systems did not work. They fixed the plumbing but never the heating system.

The room was spacious and clean. We ahd breakfast included and they had fruit, museli type cereal and oat milk. It was delicious. I was able to make myself some hot chocolate at night. Staff was helpful in gettin us a taxi at 6:45 a.m. and provicing a breakfast tt0 go on our second morning.
