Centrally located, convenient to all activities. Clean and great service at check in counter.

Lovely traditional hotel, well located in Granada for sight seeing and getting about on foot. The hotel was clean with a lovely room and comfortable bed. We had a great view of the square which was nice and quiet at night. All staff were friendly and very helpful with all our queries about getting around Granada and where to go for walks and drinks etc. Only drawback is there is no bar or restaurant on site (just a breakfast room) but there’s plenty of bars and restaurants close by to enjoy. I would recommend this hotel.

I stayed in this Hotel for 5 days for work. It is very well situated within walking distance of most important sights and breakfast was ample - although served in a windowless basement. Disappointingly for the rate of 91 E per night, I was given a smallish internal room and the toilet was difficult to use because of poor layout. I requested to change to a room with an external window but was told single travellers were always allocated internal rooms - unless I was willing to pay another 250 Euros. As I had to spend quite a bit of time working there, it was rather grim. Customer service at EXE head office confirmed that as the Triunfo had informed my Company prior it would be an internal room, there was nothing they could do. although my response was that it would be good customer service to upgrade in order to secure further business. They did not reply which showed they were not interested in making the stay more pleasant. Street parking was available, either on meters or on free white line bays a 10 minute walk away. The staff were always friendly.

Some rooms in this hotel has very poor internet and some times, no internet. No access to English speaking channels on their TV.

4-stars is laughable. Rooms and hotel smells like a sewer when you walk in. There is no A/C, so the room was hot and smelly. We never ate the breakfast because it was not good, so don’t waste money to pay for it. Sort the reviews by date and you’ll see that this hotel is not 4 stars for a low price. It’s 2 stars at best and the room prices are low for a reason. In addition, we forgot to place some things in the safe and stuff was STOLEN by cleaning staff. For the cheap price, it’s fine, but we recommend staying somewhere more comfortable in this beautiful city.

Very clean room, modern and spacious room for a very good price

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 2 nights on our stay in Granada visiting from Seville. Our room is was bright, spacious and well equipped, as well as being located at the front facade of the building giving us a nice view of the plaza that the hotel resides on. The staff at the desk were very kinda and accommodating and happily took our luggage for a few hours as our check in was scheduled for a later time. The lobby provides guests staying at the hotel with ice cold water, with Lemons and or oranges placed in either jug. A refreshing welcome back to the hotel after trekking through the winding hills of Sacremonte in the scorching Grenadine sun. RE: the bedroom. Our first nights stay on the third floor was without fault, however, on the second night after returning from dinner we noticed that ants had infested parts of our room (of course we weren’t going to stay in this room any longer). We brought this to the attention of the receptionist and we’re promptly provided with an alternative room on the second floor, albeit with 2 single beds rather than one double. A pleasant experience was had overall in Exe Triunfo despite the ants.
