Ok -lets start with what might put you off staying here... 1. No restaurant or catering facilities (but plenty of bars, pastelerías, restaurants etc within 5 mins walk). 2.A bit old fashioned decor - not a modern stylish hotel etc etc Now the reasons why you really should put this place top of your list; 1. Fantastic staff - couldn't be more helpful, friendly and professional. Not in the cold, almost aloof way of 'top' hotels, but in a human, personable manner. Nothing is too much trouble; they anticipate requirements, explain everything really well, are very knowlegeable about Granada and are happy, smiley, friendly people. 2. The rooms are perfectly clean and well appointed in terms of toiletries, kettle etc (often not provided at more than twice the price ) 3. Excellent location, just off the Gran Via - it couldn't be better 3. Phenomenal value This little, unassuming hotel is, in our opinion, the best place to stay in this wonderful city of Granada. We have tried quite a few, but never stayed a second time - until now!

Quite shabby, it's a not very cozy room, with a pretty shabby bathroom, the only good thing is the kindness of the receptionist, the overall appearance is shabby, it's not very advisable, I would only return if it were the only hotel in Granada and it would cost me a lot

The service was unbeatable. Carmen managed the stay excellently from the first moment. She was attentive to the parking, offering us a parking voucher, she gave us recommendations about restaurants, places to visit, activities to do, she explained everything to us on the map... Wonderful. The room was comfortable, perfect size and clean. 100% recommended hostel.

We liked the location and cleanliness. We didn't like the noise coming from the hallway and the other rooms; The door is super thin and so are the walls. Small room and bathroom. The beds were good. All very basic. The parking lot is about 15 minutes walk away.

We were rehoused in this hostel since our accommodation had a problem beyond their control. To begin, we were greeted by Carmen, wonderful and super friendly. He explained to us how to get to the hostel to unload suitcases, which in our case was not necessary. I loved the aroma of the hostel, the impeccable room and some courtesy details. The room had a balcony, we were in the center and within walking distance of everything. Behind Elvira Street, and in front Gran Vía. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and everything was very comfortable. We will recommend this accommodation without a doubt!

I stayed at the hostel for the weekend. At reception we were assisted by Carmen who, in addition to being a receptionist, acts as a tourist guide and advises you on the best bars and restaurants for lunch or dinner.
