The hotel location was great. It was very convenient to walk. I was assigned room 402, but rooms 1 and 2 had to go up to the 3rd floor by a separate elevator located at the innermost part of the lobby, and then go up the steep stairs to the 1st floor again. ㅠㅠ Communication with the lobby staff was not smooth, so I had to carry my luggage in the lobby and go down half a floor, which was a mess. It was only about 10 steps from the lobby, so they should have told me directly. ㅠㅠ I think the guidance was insufficient. Also, it was very cold during my 2-night stay. Water kept accumulating on the windows due to the temperature difference between the indoor and outdoor areas, and the cold outside air made it hard to sleep. The bathroom was also so cold that I shivered when I went to the bathroom in the middle of the night. On the other hand, the water pressure was strong, so hot water came out well. It wasn't an Alhambra view, but I was able to see the cathedral view by going out to the courtyard outside the room? The terrace smoking area for a moment.
