Everything was great, the reception staff were lovely and friendly. The room was simple and had everything you needed for the price, and it was in a very good location. The only thing was that it didn't have a fan or air conditioning, but the room had a pleasant temperature in general, although it was a bit hot at times. Overall, I recommend it.

Hotel a stone's throw from the center, it has certainly seen better times, at least as far as our room is concerned, to get there you have to go up the stairs, exit onto a sort of open terrace and access the room. Essential furnishings, there would be little left to make it more functional, there are no supports to place suitcases on, there are no shelves inside the shower, the shower towel is tiny. We didn't have breakfast included in the booking, we still decided to have it in the hotel at a cost of €7, a very cold breakfast room created on a covered terrace as best we could, food of normal quality but especially the pastries, which were cold. Excellent value for money given the location.

The quality and variety of pastries, cakes and various toasts was a surprise, the one with serrano ham and poached egg was excellent. On Recollects Street, you are in the old center of the city, just a step away from the cathedral.

Ya es la segunda vez que se confunden al pedir un café con avena. La primera me pusieron soja y al decirlo, la mesa de al lado también dijo que se habían confundido con ellas. Hoy me ponen leche de vaca, que si llego a ser alérgico a la lactosa me toca entrar en urgencias. Son una calamidad.
