A really special hotel, so full of character and interesting objects. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Raquel on reception and the lady in charge of the breakfasts. We stayed in the Junior suite which was just as other reviews have described and worth getting if you can - so long as you don’t mind a few steep stairs at the end of a day’s sightseeing! The only reason for not giving it 5/5 is that we had not been made aware that even Reception is up two flights of steps from the front door. I am sure that, if we had asked, someone would have come down to help us with our suitcases - and they did take them the rest of the way up to our room - but it would have been helpful to know. I think some of the rooms have lift access, but I wouldn’t have traded my Alhambra view for that!
