The hotel and services are very nice. Public areas are beautiful. Our room was a litt disappointing, but was ok. It is about a 30 minute walk from downtown.

Beautiful hotel well placed!, swimming pool and jacuzzi attention heated in the sun of Spain, so in October a little cool !!; a small bottle of water was missing in the room, nothing in the mini bar!!!. for a 4 star it lacks !!!

Clean and staff very nice and helpful. I upgraded to a suite it was bigger than the regular room but it did not have a shower or dresser of some sort for my clothes I had to put them on the bed.

Good hotel and friendly staff, very clean and well located. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because it's not well sound proofed, and the room stays very humid after a very short shower.

Receptionist lovely. Four star hotel 50 years ago. Main area and corridor ok. Room poor. Shower was loose on wall and the shower head should have been replaced 30 years ago. Breakfast was buffet hot things were Luke warm at best. I have never had such a shameful breakfast. Would return to Grenada will never stay at this hotel or recommend it. It requires a total upgrade and the cook sacking.

A/C was not working first night but staff were helpful and trying their best. I think it’s needs massive renovations to do justice to the amazing location and get the full potential
