Pension la Milagrosa

Cheap & in a great location but that's where the good things stop. Firstly you pick the keys up from Pension Maltilde which is opposite not an issue. But the 3 flights of stairs with no lift is. Continental breakfast is advertised but i wouldn't even call it that - it's basically a piece of bread with butter and jam! Oh and some warm orange juice if you want that...this 'breakfast' also takes place in Pension Matilde. Neither of which is mentioned on ***********. So if you find it hard to walk up stairs, have loads of luggage etc you will struggle. Going to a different place for breakfast is also a pain in the **** & again wasn't advertised. My room was ok, bed was comfy & pillows were great. It also had aircon which was the biggest plus of the room. The towel rail was hanging off the wall as was the main light fixture. My bed sheets weren't changed once in the 6 nights i was there...the window in my room didn't shut proberly so it could be noisy at night for those of you who don't wear earplugs & at one point the Male receptionist walked past my window to access a aircon unit outside - my bedroom window was open but thankfully i had clothes on - no idea why he didn't think to warn me 1st.... My room door also creaked so going to the bathroom in the early hours felt like i was waking everyone else up. The bathrooms were always clean - not always the hostels fault - people are disgusting in bathrooms that aren't there own....however 1 bathroom had ants in it constantly & the same bathroom door didn't shut unless you forced it which meant people either didn't bother or woke people up trying...The guy at reception did allow me to use their phone when i left mine somewhere which was very nice of him & there is a supermarket around the corner which is very handy & it's close to everything. Overall for the price i paid it was OK but i would definitely look to stay somewhere else next time i visit Granada

The property is cheap, very conveniently located and the wifi is great. Other than that, it's not great. The sinks, toilets, and bathroom doors were falling apart. It's fine if you're spending a night or two in Granada and have limited funds, but otherwise you should look elsewhere.
