The capsule was claustrophobic. Had almost everything but was missing some shelves. Hard to get out of it. No cutlery!!! No mugs and small plates. Some people smoked in the dining area!’n . I did not enjoy my stay much.

Great concept, good for photos. BUT our capsule no 7 was defective: the door was no locking, the key card holder was taped and so there was no good connection for electricity, and AC in the capsule was not working either. We had to sleep with the door open in order to be able to breath.
The door in the room is unlocked and everyone could enter. The patio is right next to the room, so there is a lot ot noise. People drinking until late and no one from the staff around to supervise. At around 2.30,drunk people entered in the room, a man started shouting and hitting a woman in the face, more people were involved and finally somebody called the police.
We felt super unsafe, especially without having the possibility to lock our capsule door.
Wouldn't go back.

I had to leave my suitcases under some stairs while they checked out the room.
In the advertisement, the photos show a spacious room, and although it says "capsule," the text should have included a photo of where you'll actually sleep.

Hello,
Okay, overall, a 6/10 is the perfect score... shower seals coming loose, aging damp patches and black spots in the shower. Overall, it's quite clean. The high-tech features are good but also aging, e.g., the crappy TV, as well as the "smart" toilet that opens, closes, and cleans itself at night. And above all, the bedding is very poor, where you sink in as soon as you lie down! It's impossible to turn around or move afterward!! That's the worst part!
Overall, well, you get what you pay for. When you book, you know you're not staying in a 4 or 5-star hotel either!!!
It's a shame about the staff, who are really super friendly, and that's a 10/10!
Another plus, we arrived after midnight, after the official check-in hours, we called to let you know we were late, and very kindly someone at reception stayed to welcome us!! Thank you

Serviço impecável, não entendo os clientes que dão uma má avaliação com um serviço de tanta qualidade, privacidade tão grande, atendimento a toda a hora e tantas zonas diferentes do hotel para usufruir gratuitamente.
Sem falar da localização excelente mesmo no centro de granada e a pé perto de tudo.
Sem dúvida alguma que se voltarmos a granada será a nossa escolha sem pensar 2x.
