Stayed on honeymoon. All aspects were great and the staff are very friendly. The location, service and facilities were all a great experience. Also the Alhambra Palace from the hotel rooftop bar was very nice too.
If you have anything to come to Granada next time, this is the hotel you want to stay again.

My family and I stayed here for three nights and loved the hotel. The location was perfect and we were able to walk to all places of interest. We were even able to walk to the market. The room was clean and spacious. The kitchen, while small, had the basics needed. The pool was very very cold but with the heat it was needed. However, you couldn’t stay in there more than 5 minutes without getting cold. The parking is a bit of a pain. If you have a larger car you won’t be able to use their garage as there is a weight limit for the car to go down the lift. Other than the annoying parking situation, I couldn’t recommend this hotel any more. We will most definitely be back.

The location is convenient, and there is a pharmacy next to it that is open until the evening, and it is also very convenient for temporary needs. There are also many restaurants nearby. Although the room is a bit smaller, the overall environment is tidy and comfortable. It’s not far from the bus stop and close to shopping.

My family stayed two nights in this hotel on a tour of Alhambra Palace. The outside common area of the hotel, including the dining room, was very well maintained and could deserve a 5-star rating. The rooms inside were a different story. We occupied two rooms. One was a “superior deluxe room,” and the other was a “classic city-view double room.” Both had the same price tag. The deluxe room was spacious and well-lit but had an odd arrangement with a useless bathtub in the center. Moreover, the room smelled of sewage when we entered the room—which I notified the management. They disagreed and claimed there was no sewage smell. I did not appreciate the response, as all four of our family members smelled of sewage. Nor did I escalate the issue, as our stay was short. The city-view room had a small window overlooking the city without much viewing space. The room was tiny, with two twin beds packed in the room, and was poorly lit. It felt like being in a prison cell. The shower doors in both rooms did not close fully, so the water splashed out. In short, both rooms were substandard and did not deserve the price tag at all. My recommendation to travelers is to stay elsewhere, and if you need to stay there, avoid the small “city-view” rooms and Deluxe Room #331 that smells of sewage. I got to love Spain and its people who are very friendly and helpful, but not this hotel.

I had booked the urban Grenada because the tram from the bus station stops right in front of the hôtel. Then it's a ten minutes walk to the historical Center. The location is perfect because you can go out at night and find your way back without any trouble. Checking in was Quick and I got room 217. The room is OK but walls require à coat of paint. The major drawback come from the information given the hotel says: fridge and coffee maker or kettle....there was a fridge but out of order. Only noticed the second day when my fresh milk turned sour....and no coffee facilities. I asked immediately if I could be provided with a kettle or coffee maker....the lady at the front said she would care for it....she didn't. I finally asked again and someone brought a kettle without mugs, spoons, coffee or tea...well, I was soooo fed up I gave up. Breakfast was good. Hot and cold dishes. Nothing to complain. Serrano jam, salichon, tomatoe spread, butter, bread, scrambled eggs, etc...cheese and jams plus yogurt. So, considering the price paid, the hotel is a good choice but it was low season. The room didn't have a view. As far as covid prevention is concerned, they deserve a 4,/5. Very good but some customers at breakfast didn't wear 😷 masks. I didn't take any indoor pics but they are accurate.

Vakantiediscounter brengt ons in dit hotel. Wat onhandig gelegen hotel dat alleen via de achterkant te bereiken is. De ingang ligt aan een groot plein, ontoegankelijk voor auto’s. We lazen dat er beperkte parkeermogelijkheden zijn bij het hotel zelf en de parkeerplaatsen kosten 24 euro per nacht. Voor een of twee nachten is dit geen probleem, maar we verblijven 11 dagen dus we kozen ervoor om de nabij gelegen te gebruiken. Om daar vervolgens te komen is ern hell of a job. Granada blinkt niet uit in autovriendelijkheid. Uiteindelijk lukt het en voor € 80,- zijn we klaar. Het hotel oogt verzorgt en redelijk modern. Personeel is vriendelijk, kamers mooi en schoon. Koffie en thee op de kamer wordt iedere dag aangevuld. We krijgen bon voor spa. Deze moeten we nog benutten. We hebben alleen logies, maar de cafetaria bij het hotel ziet er leuk uit en de prijs van de consumpties is redelijk. Het hotel ligt op een te behappen loopafstand van het centrum. Met 20 minuten sta je bij de kathedraal. Voor het openbaar vervoer moet je eerst het grote plein voor het hotel oversteken.

As other have said around 10 minutes walk from City Centre but close to all attractions. Rooms are excellent, spacious and have a nice bathroom. Tea and cofee provided and rooms kept spotless by cleaners. Did not use amenities on offer or eat in the restaurant so cannot comment on quality. Only one minor negative was around wifi - brilliant in reception but 'patchy” in room and would often lose connectivity. Overall first rate hotel and would return.

Found it easily. The staff were very helpful. The room was very clean and a good size and the bathroom was very roomy. The bed was enormous but, as is often the case, it was 2 large single pushed together and not one double mattress. However given the size of each that wasn’t too much of a problem. The room safe is not secured to a wall but screwed to a panel in the wardrobe. It could have easily been removed had anyone got into the room. Also there was no kettle in the room but that is not unusual these days. The hotel restaurant was good and well priced with a range of interesting dishes and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. The hotel was only 10 minute stroll from the final stop of the airport bus which was great.

Fatal, quite disappointed with the room, here there is no soul, two people made up, the bathroom distributed in three parts of the room, a shower, whose door gives the room directly, the washing room in the middle, and a toilet with a minimum door, that if you are a little broad you don't enter. In addition, when we arrived, we had to warn the girl that there was a compress (not ours) after the toilet and I went to clean it, but the bed as we arrived was better swept not know that ... There was nothing more than one type of juice at breakfast, They have no lactose-free milk, and people bring their own food, logical because this is lost from the hand of God and here Sundays there is no place to eat. The deal has been good, but my back and that of my partner are moulded, we can't do any more, as well as a portfolio with documentation has disappeared.

GGuest UserWaiting for Check in, a large cup of freshly squeezed orange juice was delivered. The room facilities were also very modern. The first time the toilet was equipped with washlet. When I came back from a trip, the room sent a plate of ginkgo, cheese and ham dings and biscuits to replenish energy. Going out to eat everywhere, especially the seafood restaurant recommended by the hotel, can actually enjoy the cheap Tapas. Breakfast is ordered according to the menu, very delicious.
The only downside is that there is no body lotion in the room, and the local area is very dry, but after telling the front desk, a small bottle of L'Occitane body lotion - shampoo and other toiletries are L'Occitane.

IInigoI came here several times in the past five years but I was happily surprised this time. The hotel has been entirely refurbished like three weeks ago and it looks completely new. Rooms size are correct and decoration is very modern. The best the B-Heaven bar which is located at the rooftop with the pool. Its location is awesome too, in downtown but avoiding crowds. Very recommendable!

GGuest UserWe loved out stay at the Suites Gran Via 44. The location was perfect and the staff was very accommodating and helpful. The suite was very comfortable! We were able to walk to the Alhambra from the hotel, although we would probably take Uber if we had to do it over again. Slaying the hill that leads to the Alhambra's entrance was not easy!

GGuest UserI recently stayed at the Occidental Granada hotel and had a fantastic experience. First of all, the location is perfect - it's within walking distance to many of Granada's top attractions. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, and my room was no exception. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping the room spotless throughout my stay. One of the things I appreciated most about my stay was the quality of sleep I got. The bed and a set of pillows were very comfortable, allowing me to get a great night's rest every night. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were all friendly and helpful. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at the Occidental Granada hotel. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay in Granada.

MMitsuki_1525It's close to the station, but there are stairs at the entrance, so carrying a suitcase was a little troublesome.
Other than that it's perfect! ”Friendly staff, clean rooms, and delicious breakfast.” The all-you-can-eat prosciutto ham from the morning was very Spanish-like and I was very happy.
It was convenient that the bus left in front of the hotel.
There is no coin laundry on site, but it is within walking distance.

YYUNQINGood location, convenient to eat around, have Chinese food, walk to Agong more than 20 minutes, but climbing is very tired, although the hotel is Samsung, but the decoration style is very modern, five floors have five colors of style, we are the second floor, blue The color tone is very beautiful. The disadvantage is that the breakfast tastes good and the coffee is especially difficult to drink. This is rarely the case in Europe.

GGuest UserStayed here for 2 nights on a tour of classical Spain. This hotel is well situated, there’s a 10-15 minute walk up to the city centre, passing some interesting squares with plenty of opportunity for refreshments. Check in and out was very efficient. There is a small bar area, and there was a reasonably decent buffet breakfast served, which we didn’t have the opportunity to enjoy at leisure unfortunately. Sadly we didn’t have the opportunity to try the swimming pool. Our room 314 was cool and of a good size, clean and well maintained. There was good air con, a safe and a fridge, no kettle though. The bed as often out here was 2 big singles put together, firm and comfortable though. There’s the benefit of a reliable satellite tv signal whilst relaxing in your room. The main benefit is the hotel’s excellent location though, a good base from which to explore this fine city.

TTIANYUANThe breakfast is rich, freshly squeezed orange juice is very good, the hotel staff is warm! We are three people, booked in Ctrip, have arranged an extra bed when arriving at the hotel, very satisfied, the room is large, the suitcase can be tiled! The hotel is very close to the high-speed exit and there is an underground car park that is very safe. We went to the city and the Alhambra for a taxi. The hotel can call the car because the road in Granada is very narrow. We are not very confident that we drive. This hotel receives tours. Consider dinner at the lobby bar or in the lobby restaurant. The service is especially good, the staff is also very good at English, and the paella is delicious!

To be honest I read the reviews after booking and before going and I was a bit suspicious about this place but I must say I was positively surprised! The location of this place is great and the hotel itself was very clean. The capsule is a very different experience! We also stayed in the suite which is definitely better but the capsule is a fun experience that you should try out! Staff was great too, especially Abdel which was always very polite and available. I recommend. It's obviously not a resort but for the price you pay it's an absolute bargain
