Our group of volunteers stayed. The rooms are so nicely done, the courtyard is beautiful and breakfast is exceptional. The pool is very nice and the staff are so helpful, and so friendly. Hoping to return!

Beautiful place,clean,very small room Unhelpful staff, pretending not to know simple Spanish Very disappointing Hospitality not at it's best Granada is absolutely charming and worth visiting,just chose another place to stay if you might need a mug of hot water for your herbal tea

Great value for money and for the fact that it is a non-profit hotel it is worth the 4 stars. Breakfast could be improved and setved earlier than 8am. Pool area is loud with guests talking and being on the phone from 6am onwards. This means you are awake since your room is right next to it.

La estancia fue simplemente maravillosa. Las habitaciones super limpias, el higiene del hotel era muy bueno, la variedad de desayunos eran maravillosas. El personal es muy atento, amable, estaban dispuestos a colaborar en todo. Un ambiente muy tranquilo y acogedor. Hotel con corazón es lo mejor de Granada

3 veces me habia quedado en este lindo hotel, con excelente personal. Pero ayer llegamos a descansar y durante la siesta no paraba la salsa. En la recepción nos dijeron que solo era un curso de baile. Que terminaría a las 9... Salimos a caminar y al regreso, ya con 60 personas borrachitas, metidas en la piscina y algunas bailando, intentamos dormir con 82 decibeles medidos (equivalente a una calle muy transitada). No terminó a las 9, sino a las 10, pero algunos picaditos sigueron armando relajo hasta la medianoche. En la mañana, ante una piscina con pelos y basuritas, decidimos partir. Un lugar que era referente de paz y encanto en Granada se volvió un salsodromo. El personal del hotel hizo lo posible y se portó solidario, pero el mal puntaje se lo gana la administración que permite un tal maltrato a los huéspedes. Cuando vuelva a ser un Hotel con Corazón, me avisan y regreso...

La primera vez que me hospedé en este hotel quedé encantada, limpio, tranquilo, buena atención y bueno en relación calidad precio. Esta vez decidimos ir con mi pareja nuevamente para desconectarnos del mundo laboral y poder pasar un fin de semana tranquilos. Llegamos como a las 2 pm hicimos una siesta que fue interrumpida por un ruidasal que venía de los pasillos y del área de la cafetería. Fuimos a preguntar a recepción y nos dijeron que habían alquilado el espacio para un evento de talleres de salsa, bachata y otros ritmos y que así estaría al menos hasta las 9 de la noche. No podíamos creer que los dueños o administradores hubieran convertido el hotel en una especie de hotel cantina u hotel/pista de baile. Después intenté meterme a la piscina y solo mojé los pies porque el agua estaba turbia y sin las bombas prendidas. A pesar de que nos pidieron disculpas y el personal fue atento, no compensó la mala tarde y parte de la noche que pasamos. Al final logramos que a las 9 pm le bajaran un poco el sonido. Ojalá mejoren este importante aspecto porque sino es posible que los clientes no regresen. Es una lástima porque el hotel es lindo y el desayuno está muy bien. Con mis atentos saludos,
