Hotel with a great location, just one block from the main avenue, staff of the hotel always ready to help, amazing view of the canyon. The breakfast has a great diversity, excellent options for dinner in the hotel. If you are traveling with your family do not think twice to book this hotel!!

Our stay is very quiet, the hotel is well located, the service is good, the facilities are new and the condition is good. The breakfast was of good quality and late check-out, because several guests checked, I requested the invoice for the accommodation in my name and I made a reservation through TRIP, they did not accept the request, even though I argued that the payment was paid by me of.

Hotel maravilhoso, tudo muito limpo e organizado. Quarto perfeito pra família. Comida boa e café da manhã espetacular. Voltaremos outras vezes. Ótima localização, dá pra ir a pé no centro. Ótimo custo benefício, todos muito atenciosos e gentis.

The room was very spacious and clean, the wonderful bathroom with a fantastic shower. Breakfast is sensational, diverse and full of options every day. The very clean bedrooms offer covered, a dressing room inside the hotel. We stay in a room with views of the valley with a magnificent landscape! The only one was the swimming pool/ sauna and water that was being reformed and we were not warned.

The hotel was wonderful, I have nothing to complain. If I go back to Gramado, I'll go to the same hotel.

We stayed for a long weekend and found the hotel friendly, clean, and very efficient. The location is excellently next to the main road. our room was good with a balcony to see the valley and shower lovely too. Pool and children's play room is good for families and the breakfast had everything.
