Popular Gramado 4-star Hotels

This hotel has a lot to offer but the service and the food and beverage area is sub par. Marián at the front desk is the nicest person I met, very helpful and understanding. People at the restaurant and the pool are also very nice. The facilities and the heated pool is very nice. I think it’s the highlight of the hotel. The rooms are standard, clean and small. Not much amenities that one would expect, not even a cup in the bathroom to brush your teeth. Or tissues. Front desk is extremely stiff and unhelpful. I went early to pay my check out bill and was told I had to pay in exact cash. What hotel doesn’t have change for its guests? Marián who checked me in happened to be there and explained to his colleague that I wasn’t Brazilian therefore didn’t pay in credit card. So he reluctantly went and got Change for me. What I don’t understand is why he didn’t do so in the first place. The hotel is a 15 mins drive from the city center. I would stay elsewhere if it were up to me.

Um dos hotéis mais antigos de Gramada, mas isso não prejudica nada, pois está em excelente estado de conservação. Muitas áreas são reformadas, lindas e novinhas. Decoração impecável. Limpeza nota dez. Café da manhã bem variado, em ambiente amplo. Quartos espaçosos e camas confortáveis. Atendimento excelente, padronizado. Todos os atendentes simpáticos, solícitos, educados. Parecem treinados em deixar os hóspedes acolhidos para que se sintam em casa. Fizeram um bolo especial para o nosso filho que estava de aniversário, para o café da manhã. No centro de Gramado conhecemos vários hotéis, mas com certeza este foi o melhor, o mais completo e com todas as áreas maravilhosas.

In addition to providing excellent gastronomic experiences and fitness options such as a gym, exclusive indoor pool with a waterfall and special water treatment, dry sauna, and vintage bicycles, the hotel also has a spa. While enjoying these amenities, guests can also savor exceptional gourmet cuisine with a menu of refined dishes to suit even the most discerning tastes. Breakfast and afternoon tea come with live music and a selection of sweet and savory delights. The wood stove serves up freshly brewed coffee and homemade bread, as well as more sophisticated pies and snacks. The accommodations are clean, new, and furnished to the highest standards. The hotel offers unique experiences such as Sunday Neapolitan pizza nights, Friday wine tastings, honey from stingless bee hives, and a gaucho master teaching about chimarrão culture. However, the most noteworthy aspect of the hotel is the staff - professional and polite, yet welcoming and personalized. From the managers to the housekeeping staff, the service is impeccable. It was an unforgettable experience that exceeded all expectations. We would come back 100 times. Our stay is very quiet, the hotel is well located, the service is good, the facilities are new and the condition is good. The breakfast was of good quality and late check-out, because several guests checked, I requested the invoice for the accommodation in my name and I made a reservation through TRIP, they did not accept the request, even though I argued that the payment was paid by me of.

Amazing experience. Probably one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The combination of facilities, luxury and service was perfect from the moment we arrived until we left the hotel. Unforgettable moments for us. It will certainly be a must-see on our next trip to Brazil.

The hotel was a pleasant experience. The reception was excellent in the service and friendlyness. Negative points. : Payed parking R$35,00 The rooms and the bathroom are small. I stayed in a luxury suite with a couple bed and one single bed. Three people can't go through the room without a bed. I was invited to meet with my children one of the thematic suites and I observed many negative and extremely dangerous points. The pools are covered with smooth slips a alert, I entered with care because I saw the plate and even falls and hurt the paddle. Or indicate using anti-slip socks.

EN: Cons: 1 - the hotel receptionists don’t speak English 2- the hotel internet is really poor. I was working during our stay and I couldn’t attend video meetings because Zoom calls would freeze. I tried the room, the hotel lobby and the recreation area. Unfortunately, this was a huge problem for me as I had a couple of important meetings to attend. 3 - we reserved a room with a bath and the bath salt wasn’t replaced once. I even left the empty bottle so the cleaner would see, but nothing. We had to go to the reception to ask for it twice. It is just a bit of an inconvenience. We paid extra for a bath so bath products should be replaced daily. 4 - very simple breakfast. 5 - when we arrived at the room there was a note to go to the reception to receive a complimentary welcome drink. They give you a tiny plastic glass with some espumante. Can you at least serve a proper glass ? Or don’t make a big deal leaving a note because the trip down to drink 20 ml of espumante is not worth it :) Pros: 1 - the hotel fragrance is divine. We actually bought some of the products (difusor and ambient fragrance) 2 - room 414 was spacious and the bed was nice PT: Pontos negativos: 1 - os recepcionistas do hotel não falam inglês (meu marido é Irlandês e não conseguia se comunicar com eles). 2- a internet do hotel é muito ruim. Eu estava trabalhando durante a nossa estadia e não pude participar de videoconferências porque as chamadas do Zoom congelavam. Tentei no quarto, no lobby do hotel e na área de lazer. Infelizmente, isso foi um grande problema para mim, pois eu tinha algumas reuniões importantes para participar. 3 - reservamos um quarto com banheira e o sal de banho não foi substituído uma vez. Até deixei a embalagem vazia para a faxineira ver, mas nada. Tivemos que ir à recepção para pedir duas vezes. Foi um pouco inconveniente. Pagamos extra por um quarto com banheira, portanto, os produtos da banheira deveriam ser providenciados diariamente. 4 - café da manhã muito simples. 5 - quando chegamos ao quarto havia um bilhete para irmos à recepção para receber uma bebida de boas-vindas de cortesia. Eles te dão um copo de plástico minúsculo com um pouquinho de espumante. Acho que vocês deveriam pelo menos servir um copo adequado. Ou não deixe um bilhete porque a ida para beber 20 ml de espumante não vale a pena :) Positivos: 1 - a fragrância do hotel é divina. Até compramos alguns dos produtos (difusor e fragrância ambiente) para levar pra casa 2 - o quarto 414 era espaçoso e a cama era boa
