⸻ “Sempre me hospedei nessa pousada e já foi um lugar que eu fazia questão de recomendar. Mas infelizmente, essa última estadia foi extremamente decepcionante. Foi a quinta vez que fiquei hospedado e, claramente, a qualidade caiu muito. As televisões são antigas e não funcionavam — nenhum canal pegou durante todos os dias. Para quem gosta de assistir um filme ou algo antes de dormir, simplesmente esqueça. As camas são desconfortáveis, parecem literalmente descartáveis. E pra piorar, uma família ficou no quarto ao lado com uma criança que gritava a noite inteira, todos os dias, e nenhuma atitude foi tomada pela pousada. Faltou zelo, conforto e respeito com os hóspedes. Uma experiência muito abaixo do esperado. Sinceramente, não sei se voltarei ou recomendarei novamente.”

Boa estadia, mas há pontos a melhorar.
Café da manhã muito bom. Estadia boa, cama confortável.
O quarto que ficamos não estava funcionando o ventilador apenas o ar condicionado, e devido ao tamanho grande do quarto não foi da capacidade adequada e como fomos no calor, apenas a noite gelava o quarto.

Foi maravilhosa, amamos a pousada, o antendimento, o quarto, o café da manhã ... tudo era lindo, aconchegante e agradável. Com certeza me hospedarei novamente quando retornar a Gramado. Agradecimento ao Cristiano e sua família pelo atendimento e serviços maravilhosos prestados.

Lugar rústico,mas bem cuidado, limpo e decoração perfeita para um chalé antigo. Viemos em época de frio e chuva e não notamos unidade que é comum em casas antigas. O atendimento é muito excelente, a pousada é de uma família, então é como se tratassem visitas. O café da manhã é muito bom, com pães novinhos, frutas frescas, opções de bolos e salgados. Bem localizado, é possível ir ao centro caminhando em 20min ou 10min de carro.

Muito bom! Café excelente bastante variedade de bolos tudo limpo organizado as xícaras todas esterilizadas e quentinhas. Quarto muito limpo, banheiro nem se fala impecável, realizamos todas as coisas em Gramado a Pé. Pertinho de tudo!
