Experiência horrível, eu e minha esposa não ficamos nem uma hora na nossa reserva... 1° Começando pela surpresa do quarto que não aconteceu... paguei horrores e quando chego no meu quarto simplesmente não tinha nada... simplesmente esqueceram de fazer, e queriam colocar para o dia seguinte.... 2° Outro ponto, não existe elevador, você que se vire com suas malas. 3° O quarto não era a mesma coisa da foto, e de LUXO não tinha nada. Tinha um cobertor meia boca... o quarto tinha mofo, o aquecedor estava extremamente imundo, no banheiro tinha restos de cabelos e pelos de outros hospedes. 4° Eu paguei mais de 1mil reais nessa brincadeira, perdi 50% do valor porque eu cancelei a reserva menos de uma hora de hospedagem, achei um outro Hotel de alto padrão por apenas 600 reais 4 dias e que valia até mais que isso, mas ofereceu todo suporte, acomodações e uma ótima experiência para minha família. Conselho, se hospedem em Hotéis e saem fora de pousada, isso é um tiro no pé! FIQUEI MUITO DECEPCIONADO COM A POUSADA VIENA.

Excelente localização, aproximadamente 3 quadras da rua coberta. Quartos confortáveis e estrutura da pousada muito bem conservada. Funcionários super atenciosos e bom café da manhã. Ótima relação custo/benefício.

Estive hospedado no período do Natal Luz 2023, em dezembro, num grupo de 14 pessoas, e todos saíram bem satisfeitos. A pousada tem excelente localização, a mais ou menos 250m da Rua Coberta, possui boa higienização, com quartos e roupas de cama e banho limpas. O apto para quatro pessoas não é amplo, mas atende muito bem. O café da manhã é bem servido, com opções de bolos que variam dia a dia, pães, frutas e ovos mexidos. A equipe é o ponto alto, todos muito educados e cordiais. Recomendo e retornarei.

Decepção é o que define para essa pousada! Quartos pequenos e embolorados, vaso sanitário entupido, chão sujo e danificado. Café da manhã com pouquíssimas opções e todos os dias as mesmas coisas. Não repuseram sabonetes, sem contar nas toalhas que são encardidas e até rasgadas. O único ponto positivo é a localização e o atendimento dos recepcionistas, o restante, tudo péssimo. Não recomendo.
