Excellent friendly and accommodating staff. Facility is very clean and quiet. Convenient location for access to both Gramado, Canela and the tourist sights in the area. We loved the included breakfast.

Os quartos são confortáveis, bem limpos e decorados (fomos em comemoração do dia dos namorados), com aquele charme característico de Gramado. A cama é excelente, e o chuveiro tem uma ducha boa — da pra melhorar. O café da manhã é maravilhoso, chegamos tarde, mas mesmo assim fomos muito bem recebidos pela equipe, que é extremamente atenciosa e simpática. A localização da pousada também é excelente — ao lado do Hotel Colline de France, próxima ao centro, mas ao mesmo tempo tranquila.

Ótima estadia, lugar muito aconchegante, perto do centro de gramado na medida certa, nem muito perto para não ter muito movimento na rua, nen longe para ter muito deslocamento, rua tranquila, estacionamento no local, café da manhã ótimo, funcionários muito educados e prestativos, adoramos!!!!
