My wife and I stayed here at this gem of a hotel (pousada). The rooms are immaculate and fully appointed. The staff could not be nicer. They cheerfully and professionally helped with everything that we asked. The hotel felt very safe as well as the surrounding area. They have plenty of parking. The included breakfast was great. We definitely recommend Bella Terra to our friends.

Desde o primeiro contato, no momento da reserva, já tivemos uma ótima impressão com o atendimento, que foi excelente e atencioso. O local é muito bem localizado, o que nos permitiu fazer vários passeios a pé pela cidade com facilidade. A pousada é aconchegante, os anfitriões são extremamente hospitaleiros, e o quarto nos proporcionou todo o conforto que esperávamos. Destaque especial para o café da manhã, que estava maravilhoso. Sem dúvidas, uma experiência que recomendamos e pretendemos repetir!

Excelente recepção, qualidade dos quartos e o café da manhã nem se fala, espetacular, já havíamos nos hospedados antes, nas próximas vezes que retornarmos a Gramado iremos voltar ao hotel bella terra, além da localização para quem quer caminhar (e tem crianças pequenas) fica ótimo

Ambiente é muito acolhedor e bonito. Tudo muito cheiroso. Limpeza é impecável. Cafe da manhã excelente. Atendimento primoroso, funcionários bem atenciosos. Excelente localização, bem central, dá para fazer muita coisa a pé. Oferece garagem.

Lugar sensacional...bem no centro,fizemos nossos passeios sem usar o carro, atendimento de toda equipe impecável, ambiente limpo perfumado, cama boa e não falando do café muito delicioso,do chá de laranja disponível na recepção muito delicioso 😋 O que solicitei fui prontamente atendida E ao chegar como meu esposo estava de aniversário e nos de casamento tinha um espumante geladinho no nosso quarto para nós recepcionar.. Recomendo muito e quando voltar a gramado já tenho lugar para ficar ..com certeza

Os quartos são limpos, a cama é muito confortável, a coberta é maravilhosa. A localização é a melhor parte. Fica na avenida principal da cidade, e da pra fazer tudo a pé. Os funcionários são super educados. O café da manhã foi o mesmo de sábado á segunda, que não me agradou muito. Poderiam melhorar nessa questão e ter mais opções. Se procura localização, esse hotel é perfeito!
