The property was amazing so cozy and welcoming and in the heart of Gramado, just steps for local attractions. Definitely coming back.

My wife and I stayed here at this gem of a hotel (pousada). The rooms are immaculate and fully appointed. The staff could not be nicer. They cheerfully and professionally helped with everything that we asked. The hotel felt very safe as well as the surrounding area. They have plenty of parking. The included breakfast was great. We definitely recommend Bella Terra to our friends.

Ótima pousada. Atendimento espetacular! Desde a reserva até a checkout. Café bom e bem servido, quartos aconchegantes, tudo muito próximo a todos serviços do centro de gramado. Será minha nova casa quando for para Gramado. Funcionários atenciosos. Muito seguro. Nota 10. Apto 206 top. 205 tbm wi-fi funciona top. Garagem. 😍😍😍

A única coisa que não gostei foram os travesseiros… muito macios… A recepção e o café da manhã são de excelência 👍🏻 A pessoa que recepciona no café é muito gentil e educada! A limpeza do quarto também estava excelente! Parabéns aos envolvidos!
