O ambiente lindo e silencioso, ótimo lugar para relaxar. Wi-Fi é bom pega em todo os os ambientes. Café da manhã tem poucas opções mas gostoso. O quarto é bem limpo e aconchegante. O atendimento dos funcionários foi excelente. É localizado próximo ao centro.

O local e realmente muito arborizado e bonito..Cafe da manhã simples e basico. Pra quem esta procurando tranquilidade e perfeito pois nao tem muito o que fazer na pousada alem de 1 quadra de tenis ... A localizaçao e ruim pois fica na Rodovia o que torna sair a pe muito perigoso. Quartos basicos. * Encontrei 1 barata inclusive liguei p pedir um simples inseticida e pasmem ...nao tinha...

Perto do Centro, eu e meu noivo fomos até caminhando um dia pra aproveitar a natureza. Ficamos 6 dias hospedados na pousada, toda a manhã eles vinham limpar o quarto e ainda dobravam as roupas que eram deixadas em cima da cama e da mesa, toalhas eram trocadas diariamente também, café da manhã excelente se você quisesse eles fritavam ovos ou faziam como pedisse, várias opções no café da manhã, super atenciosos e receptivos, local totalmente seguro e com um estacionamento bom, preço super acessivel!

Muito aconchegante, nos sentimos em casa! Café da manhã delicioso! Sensação de estar em uma fazenda, de tanto sossego, mas ao mesmo tempo há 5 minutos do centro de Gramado! Com certeza indico e me hospedarei novamente!

Me hospedei no chalé para até 3 pessoas. Estadia muito boa. Chalé confortável, chuveiro excelente. Funcionários atenciosos e solícitos a resolver qualquer problema de imediato. Apenas poderia melhorar um pouco a variedade do café da manhã. Não tinha tantas opções em relação a outros hotéis (assim como outro que fiquei em gramado que tinha muito mais variedade). Mas mesmo assim, a cozinheira muito querida e educada. Se prontificou e ofereceu para fazer um bolo de coco para mim no dia seguinte pois quando fui comer já tinha acabado. Não tenho o que reclamar. Ficaria novamente nesta pousada no mesmo chalé se eu voltasse à gramado.
