Hotel muito bem localizado em gramado. Quarto muito bom, não tenho nada para reclamar. Pessoal da recepção também foram muito simpáticos, estão todos de parabéns.

Hotel muito bom. Nada a reclamar porém tenho a opnar. Gramado oferece passeios com guia turístico, o qual inicia o transporte as 6 horas da manhã. Com esse horário o hotel NÃO nos fornece o café da manhã. Solicitei e o metrie foi muito solicito, cordial, extremamente educado informando que liberaria o que estivesse pronto as 6:15. O nosso guia passou as 6:20, por atraso, e " engolimos" algo rapidamente. Assim sugiro que nessas épocas de férias tenham horário compatível com os horários dos guias, iniciando as 5:30 da manhã.

Hotel ótimo! Foi perfeito para nossa lua de mel, muito bem localizado, próximo de tudo que precisávamos, fizemos a maioria dos passeios a pé. O atendimento é excelente, todos muito atenciosos, café da manhã com várias opções e tudo delicioso. Já ouvia falar bem do Laghetto antes mas agora tive a experiência de conhecer, certamente voltaremos!

O quarto é muito bom, super limpo e perfumado, os funcionários são super prestativos e educados. A academia é funcional, o café da manhã é muito bom e a localização é privilegiada próximo a bares, restaurante, mine mercado, loja de chocolate e bem pertinho do centro de Gramado.

Hotel bem localizado, mas alguns pontos a considerar: Cama macia demais, paredes do quarto deixa passar a conversa alheia dos outros hóspedes e café passado fraco demais. Hotel responde aos e-mail que enviei sobre questão do check in com texto padrão e sem nenhuma relação a pergunta que enviei. Fiquei trocando emial com uma maquina burra.

Impecável, não temos nenhuma reclamação do hotel. O atendimento é maravilhoso, muito gentil, todo o pessoal é atencioso, nem parece hotel "de rede", todos sempre sorrindo, dispostos e fazer o que for preciso para que nossa estadia seja a melhor possível. Serviço de ótima qualidade também no restaurante, boas opções de pratos do dia que saem mais em conta no almoço e jantar e tudo muito bem servido. Ótima localização, providenciam pra vc tudo que vc precisa. Amamos.
