The hotel is generally excellent. Three very positive points: incredible breakfast, 5-star hotel service (extremely attentive staff) and a very well-kept property, with wonderful green space. Very good hotel for those travelling with children, with a playground, playroom. We really enjoyed the contact with the farm animals. Room with comfortable bed and quality bedding. We stayed in an apartment and found it too small for a family. In addition, there is a lack of amenities, such as an electric kettle, essential for those travelling with children. The restaurant menu is also very limited.

Friends and I stayed for 2 days. We enjoyed our time in Gramado and Canela. It was nice to come back to the Bungalows for calm, rest and to visit the small farm. The food was wonderful and the staff was kind and helpful. Thank you making our short visit a true blessing. We plan to come back soon. ♥️ Visitors from USA

We stayed at Bungalows Da Serra for two nights. We were here from the USA The grounds are so beautiful and the rooms and staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was amazing! We highly recommend you stay at this hotel!!

Vista linda, bem localizado, beleza natural espetacular, bom café da manhã. Alguns pontos para melhorar: banho fraco, quarto pequeno, não tem serviço de cozinha na parte da tarde/noite, queríamos gelo e não tinha disponível, sugerimos máquina de gelo. Televisão com imagem ruim, não tem smart TV. Ar condicionado sem mta potência. A piscina poderia ser aquecida. E ter mais bichos na fazendinha.

O hotel é maravilhoso. foi nossa terceira vez lá . As acomodações são ótimas, a equipe é extremamente atenciosa e o café da manhã é divina. O ambiente no estilo Campo é muito gostoso. Excelente para crianças pequenas . Os animais são muito fofos. Mesmo com as crises da enchente o pessoal seguiu muito firme! Obrigado galera e um abraço especial para o funcionário Alexandre.

Local incrível ao meio da Natureza. Estilo vilarejo. Muito limpo e organizado. Ótimo café e atendimento nota 1.000 Gostei de ver os animais do local, estilo fazendinha. Tem bastante atividade para criança. Uma sala de jogos bem bacana. Iremos voltar com certeza.
