No anuncio dizia q tinha tv a cabo e no quarto tinha apenas globo e sbt. Solitamos para a recepção e nos passaram q era só isso. Para nos, com criança assistir jornal nacional em dia de chuva nao ajuda muito.

Localização boa, café da manhã padrão, hotel limpo e atendimento de qualidade . Mas a cama é horrível, tenho 1.80 e meus pés ficaram pra fora da cama, além de ser curta são duas camas de solteiro ligadas que formam um buraco no meio. Da mesma forma as cobertas são pequenas.

As areas comuns do hotel são realmente lindas porém, meu quarto era de frente pro estacionamento, além da falta de privacidade não tinha cortina (improvisamos com lençol), tinha tanta aranha no quarto e cafeteria que acordei com uma na minha perna, a parede do quarto estava com infiltração e ficamos em um corredor que dava diretamente para o depósito, ou seja, realmente de bonito apenas as areas comuns, apesar de tudo isso, o café estava bom, o banheiro havia sido reformado, as camareiras limparam o quarto quando pedimos e havia ar condicionado, os recepcionistas eram simpáticos e a localização era boa.

Horrível, a cama era duas de solteiro. O banheiro com o chuveiro de plástico com fios pendurados. Tv com imagem ruim. O hotel é muuuito simples, sentir saudades de casa , o banheiro dava nojo. Não recomendo a ninguém. Me arrependo até hoje de ter escolhido ele na minha viagem para Gramado. Pior q foi pela CVC e saiu mais caro.

Hotel tem uma ótima localização porém deixando a desejar em vários aspectos , tínhamos passeio as 6h50 e eles ,Ñ disponibilizaram nem um café preto simples, antes de irmos , fora os banheiros com cerâmicas quebradas e passamos uma noite sem água no hotel , alta temporada a cidade ficou cheia eles demoraram pra arrumar um carro pipa , dps de um dia exaustivo e chegar não ter água no hotel é complicado! Nem pra avisar e ainda ter que pagar taxa de preservação no final , Atendimento ao cliente horrível não indico pra ninguém .

Hotel horrível, quarto minúsculo, fedido, quebrado, sujo, banheiro pior que buteco de beira de estrada, atendimento péssimo, funcionários despreparados. Pior experiência que tive com minha esposa e filho. Programei essa viagem a 6 meses e paguei caríssimo nessa espelunca de hotel. Perdi meu dinheiro. Só dormi 1 noite lá de 6 diárias que paguei, troquei de hotel no outro dia cedo, tive que pagar 2.600,00 em outro hotel. Não se hospedem nesse hotel que é furada..... perdi meu dinheiro suado.
