Bem a Localização fica um pouco escondida,o café da manhã nada que mostra nas fotos,muito fraco só o básico.Partes da academia não funcionava.E para piorar cobraram um valor fora o que já tinha sido pago pelo aplicativo outras taxas não esperadas.Não gostei não voltaria e também não gostei de o aplicativo Trip permitir ou saber e aceitar isto.

Estivemos na segunda quinzena de outubro/24. O hotel é ótimo, café da manhã bem servido e gostoso. Funcionários simpaticos. Piscina aquecida ótima. Uma coisa a melhorar são as últimas vagas cobertas do estacionamento ter um acesso melhor ao elevador, pois o hóspede toma chuva ao acessar o hotel nessas vagas. Restante é ótimo.

Quarto aconchegante, ambiente familiar, opções de atividades para os adultos e as criança. Funcionários muito atenciosos, tanto na recepção, quanto no restaurante e na manutenção. A localização mais retirada da cidade torna fácil o acesso. Café da manhã é delicioso e variado.

Estávamos com nossa pet e o hotel que pretendíamos ficar,impos muitas restrições. Então dentre as opções que eu sabia que aceitava pet era o renascença. Liguei a moça me passou o valor e fechamos. O hotel é limpo,os funcionários todos muito simpáticos Piscina na temperatura ideal Café da manhã com o necessário para não precisar nem almoçar. Uma vista linda e apesar de ser próximo a rodovia é bem silencioso.

Funcionários atenciosos, roupas de cama bem lavada, super cheirosa, quarto quentinho, mas as camas e travesseiros precisam ser trocados urgentes, muito ruim mesmo, colchão com buracos, quarto pequeno para uma família de 4 pessoas, não tinha como andar. Sugestão: colocar prendedor de roupa nas paredes para ganhar espaço, mais cabides. Localização embora fora de Gramado, muito prática.
