I recently stayed at Hotel Casa da Montanha for a weekend getaway, and it exceeded all my expectations. The hotel's attention to detail was impeccable, from the plush bedding to the personalized welcome amenities. can't wait to return for another unforgettable stay.

Outstanding property and the “Christmas place to be” in Brasil. Caution when booking as the hotel’s website varies in how it “labels” its room. We did a “special luxo” which was more expensive than luxo to find out it was the same. The hotel blamed on their “system” which appears to be a way to collect more from standard room. Service was good as long as you were not at the restaurant and bistro. Some days 5 stars a others two. It lacks consistency. All in all a good experience but not five stars

It felt like being with family from the moment we set foot inside. The property is wonderful; the breakfast buffet can keep you going all day; the staff are warm, friendly and helpful. Can't wait to go back!

Wonderful!!! Room, people everything just beyond my expectation. Just peaceful, great restaurant, room had a soft scent of fresh air. Our window opened to the mountains. The charming town offered shops and restaurants and yes Gramado is the chocolate capital! We loved every thing about it. The drive to get there had breath taking views of mountains

Casa da Montanha was a fantastic experience. We stayed there for 3 nights. Loved everything about our stay at the hotel. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast is unbelievable from the eggs Benedict to the cakes and sweets table. I loved every minute of my stay there.

Everytime we stay here the feeling is the same. Always a warm welcome and pristine service. The rooms are impeccable and our kid was welcomed with a mini size slipper and robe: priceless. Our favorite place is the bar, where the Bistro da Varanda also works. This time we were very well served by Willian and Djonatan, who showed a lot of knowledge of cocktail, bar, service and also awesome advices of local restaurants. The bar has it all in terms of classic cocktails, local wines and craft beer. Best place to stay in Gramado. We almost feel bad for not wanting to go out of the hotel, since it has all it needs. But if you are willing to know the city center, is just a few steps walking distance of Rua Coberta and its crowdy streets.

The Casa da Montanha hotel has an elegant and antique decor, reminiscent of European hunting castles. Impeccable cleanliness. Wonderful aroma throughout the hotel. The entire staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. The breakfast, afternoon tea waffles, evening and afternoon teas and flavored water were delicious and beautifully presented. The pool was pleasant and quiet (during the times we used it). Dedicated recreation team. The only thing that bothered me during my stay was the low natural lighting throughout the hotel.

I stayed at the Hotel Parador in Cambará do Sul. An unforgettable experience. Wonderful place with sensational service. Everyone was very attentive, making our stay even better. The chalets are very cozy with a beautiful view.
